    Jewellery Project Manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric (ideally post Matric diploma in Jewellery)
    • Ten (10) years' experience in the jewellery industry
    • Able to travel
    • Creative and innovative

    Area Manager

    Salary:                         

    • R25 000.00 - 30 000.00 Cost to company market related dependent on experience.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    Main purpose of Job Spec:

    Area Manager is to assist the Regional Operations Managers in doing the following:

    • To ensure that franchisees follow the Companies system at all times thereby remaining “On Brand” in all aspects of the business.
    • Assist & advise the franchisees how to maximize profits annually.
    • Strive at all times to maintain relationships of the highest accord with franchisees, and promote in every possible way the maintenance of a participative and positiveenvironment within the Companies community
    • Assist and advise the franchisees how to control and protect their assets and resources, i.e. Fixtures, stock, cash and staff.
    • To represent the companies interest’s at all times, in fair dealing with the franchisees, their staff, customers and fellow work colleagues.
    • Identify problem or under-performing areas in the stores, discuss these with the franchisee, and assist in drawing up suitable action plans to restore or improve profitability.

    Field Visual Merchandiser

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric (ideally post Matric diploma in Interior decorating or Merchandising)
    • Three(3) years' experience in a visual merchandising Management
    • Able to travel
    • Creative and innovative

    Responsibilities include but are not limited too are as follows:

    • Develop, maintain and ensure adherence to the companies merchandising strategy and principles

    • Up skilling and empowering staff by means of training and development
    • Assist with the delivery of the visual strategy that communicates and builds the brand though various displays and in-store merchandising.

    • Produce window displays, signs, interior display, floor plans and promotional displays
    • Ensuring stock in all your stores is correctly merchandised
    • The ability to design, decorate and use personal initiative will be required when needed.
    • Ensure that Franchisee’s has stock replenishment
    • Merchandising promotional settings according to the company’s design directives.
    • Maintain superior product knowledge.
    • Ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained in store, working with store manager and other retail sales employees
    • Advise Franchisee of stock shortages

    Salary: R14 000.00 – R15 000.00

    Allocations Planner /Assistant Planner

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant qualification
    • Relevant retail clothing experience (2 years in allocation/planning)

    Job Description

    • Managing distribution of stock, and re-balancing of stock
    • Distribute stock
    • Replenish stock that is kept back for redistribution
    • Manage store performance and product performance and take corrective action in the form of internal branch transfers of stock, markdown of slow selling stock, possible repeat of great selling stock
    • Store profiling and gridding
    • Analysis of stock related KPIs
    • Continuous analysis of suppliers, products, fast sellers, slow sellers, ROI, stock turns
    • Detailed analysis of growth, pricing, GP, NP, promotions
    • Continuous, hands on management of allocators

    Salary:  R20 000.00 – R22 000.00

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Computer skills
    • At least 2 years work experience in a financial or similar institution doing direct sales.
    • A proven track record of assisting clients who are distressed
    • A passion for problem solving and a solution focused attitude
    • Existing Database will be an advantage

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • To offer and enable the Sales Products to customers, through facilitating conversations that enable customers to deal with their debt in a responsible manner.
    • Sourcing of potential clients through a combination of client referrals, marketing initiatives, promotion and identification of client needs and presenting financial solutions/options to clients.
