    Experience Centre Ambassador – French Speaking

    What the role involves:

    • Manage Guest Bookings: Handle all elements of the guest journey, from itineraries to hotels.
    • Deliver Luxury Service: Provide top-tier support to Travel Advisors and guests via various communication channels. 
    • Build Relationships: Strengthen connections with the Travel Advisor and guest communities to support sales efforts.
    • Use Technology: Serve as an expert in Salesforce and Versonix Seaware to offer personalized service.
    • Improve Processes: Provide feedback to enhance customer support efficiency and quality.

    You will stand out if you:

    • Are fluent in oral and written English and French
    • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center ideally within travel or luxury hospitality
    • Possess a strong and sophisticated hospitality mindset combined with cultural sensitivity – you understand the diligence and communication skills needed to deal with luxury, international travelers
    • Are confident speaking on the phone/video calls, representing a premium brand
    • Demonstrate strong admin and IT capabilities
    • Are willing to work full-time on shifting schedules, including weekends to support global markets and time zones (office-based, full-time role, with flexible working schedule in shifts- Monday-Sunday with 2 days off

    Required core competencies:

    • NQF Level 7 Qualification in Logistics
    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • 5 to 8 Years’ Experience at a Senior level in Managing all aspects of the Car Rental Operations focusing on depot and dispatch management
    • 2 to 5 Years’ Experience in front line rental locations management
    • 1 to 2 Years’ Experience as a Finance Administration Manager
    • 5 Years’ Experience dealing with OEMs and Dealerships.

    You’ll stand out if you have:

    • 2-5 Years’ experience interacting across the full organisation at all levels.
