What the role involves:
Manage Guest Bookings: Handle all elements of the guest journey, from itineraries to hotels.
Deliver Luxury Service: Provide top-tier support to Travel Advisors and guests via various communication channels.
Build Relationships: Strengthen connections with the Travel Advisor and guest communities to support sales efforts.
Use Technology: Serve as an expert in Salesforce and Versonix Seaware to offer personalized service.
Improve Processes: Provide feedback to enhance customer support efficiency and quality.
You will stand out if you:
Are fluent in oral and written English and French
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center ideally within travel or luxury hospitality
Possess a strong and sophisticated hospitality mindset combined with cultural sensitivity – you understand the diligence and communication skills needed to deal with luxury, international travelers
Are confident speaking on the phone/video calls, representing a premium brand
Demonstrate strong admin and IT capabilities
Are willing to work full-time on shifting schedules, including weekends to support global markets and time zones (office-based, full-time role, with flexible working schedule in shifts- Monday-Sunday with 2 days off
