    Principal Security Managed Services Engineer

    • The Principal Security Managed Services Engineer is a highly skilled engineering role, responsible for creating and maintaining the Security Infrastructure of managed service to clients.
    • This role is a key technical leader responsible for designing, implementing and managing highly complex security solutions for clients.
    • As a subject matter expert with extensive expertise in security technologies and managed services, this role acts as a consultant in the field ensuring highly complex contracted Managed Services outcomes are delivered to the client.
    • The Principal Security Managed Services Engineer guides other engineers within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a subject matter expert in security solutions.
    • This is a strategic role which focuses on improving the existing infrastructure with the next gen Firewall, Zero Trust Security architecture and providing guidance through IP on architecture / project related activities and may also contribute to / support on project

    What you'll be doing

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creates and maintains the security Infrastructure of managed service to clients.
    • Provides highly technical or sophisticated in nature support across security technologies/security solutions.
    • Provides consultancy support where fourth-line engineer teams were unable to resolve the problem.
    • Shares such knowledge, to resolve issues, documents them, and pushes the knowledge down to other engineers.
    • Acts as emergency support contact as needed, for critical client and business-impacting issues
    • Communicates with other teams and clients for extending support.
    • Leads the design and architecture of managed security solutions for clients, considering their unique requirements and business objectives.
    • Oversees the implementation of security solutions, including security design, configuration, and deployment and ensures adherence to best practices and industry standards.
    • Monitors and optimizes the performance of clients' security infrastructures, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
    • Implements and maintains security measures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and data protection standards.
    • Leads the troubleshooting and resolution of highly complex security-related incidents and problems and provides technical expertise and guidance to resolve critical issues.
    • Continuously identifies opportunities to improve performance, security, and service delivery, driving process enhancements and technological advancements.
    • Creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including security diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
    • Develops scripts and automation solutions, streamlining security operations, and enhancing efficiency.
    • Plays a pivotal role in deploying and managing security solutions, integrating automation tools, and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients.
    • May manage and implement projects within technology domain, delivering effectively and promptly per client agreed upon requirements and timelines.
    • May work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests.
    • Performs any other related task as required.

    Knowledge and Attributes:

    • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify complex security issues, brainstorm potential solutions and choose the best way to resolve an issue.
    • In-depth knowledge of security technologies and understanding of managed services concepts.
    • Excellent knowledge of security monitoring and management tools for performance optimization and troubleshooting.
    • Demonstrates leadership skills, with effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
    • Excellent scripting/programming skills.
    • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Perl, or Ruby, and experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
    • CCNP or PCNSE in Security / CCIE / CISSP / Automation certifications or equivalent preferred
    • Firewall vendor certification is mandatory.
    • Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role).

    Required Experience:

    • Extended Managed Services experience handling complex Security Infrastructure.
    • Extended knowledge and experience in ticketing tools, preferably Service Now.
    • Extended experience working in multiple large Global Enterprise client outsourcing projects
    • Extended vendor management experience.

    Collaboration Managed Services Engineer

    • The Collaboration Managed Services Engineer(L4) is an advanced engineering role, responsible for ensuring a managed service is provided to all clients, ensuring that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.
    • This is done through proactively managing, overseeing, monitoring, investigating, and resolving escalated technical incidents and problems to ensure the restoration of these services to the clients.
    • The primary objective of this role is to proactively review all client requests or tickets and apply technical process knowledge to provide the clients with almost immediate resolution without breaching service level agreement (SLA) and focuses on forth-line support for escalated incidents and requests with a high level of complexity.
    • The Collaboration Managed Services Engineer(L4) ensures contracted Managed Services outcomes are delivered to the client.

    What you'll be doing

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively monitors the work queues and provides support to clients where the ticket is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
    • Works independently, with general direction from the client, stakeholders, team lead, or senior manager, to perform operational tasks to resolve all escalated incidents/requests in a timely manner within the agreed SLA Provides timely and consistent updates of tickets with resolution tasks performed.
    • Proactively identifies, investigates, analyses issues and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner.
    • Captures all required and relevant information for immediate resolution.
    • Provides forth level support to all escalated incidents, requests and identifies the root cause of incidents and problems, responds to tickets where third line engineer teams were unable to fix the problem.
    • Shares such knowledge, to resolve issues, documents them, and pushes the knowledge down to other engineers.
    • Communicates with other teams and clients for extending support.
    • Acts as emergency support contact as needed, for critical client and business-impacting issues.
    • Ensures that the shift handover process highlight any key escalated open tickets to be focused on along with a handover of upcoming operation critical tasks to be carried out in the next shift.
    • Supports, tracks, and documents change implementation.
    • Provides timely escalation of all tickets to management with ensuing updates, where applicable.
    • Proactively identifies, contributes, implements and works with automation teams for effort optimization and automating routine tasks.
    • Systematically gathers relevant information and applies technical knowledge to analyze and uses highly technical troubleshooting tools and content and analytical practices.
    • Uses operational and diagnostic procedures to resolve escalated tickers in unique and complex client environments.
    • Coaches Service Desk, Operations Centre, and L3 teams offering technical expertise and pushing work down to other engineering teams.
    • Performs quality audits, covering process, service experience, ticket updates, etc. as required
    • Performs any other related task as required.

    Senior Cloud Architect: Hybrid Cloud

    • The Senior Solutions Architect is an advanced subject matter expert, primarily responsible for consulting with the client and working with internal teams to create strategies, transformational designs and the architectural vision for more complex solutions that address the clients’ needs.
    • This role provides multi-technology consulting services on all aspects of application software, infrastructure and related technology components.
    • This role is part of the CSD GTM practice responsible for cloud transformation and application modernization solutions for Cloud. This team responds and supports the Global GTM Sales and On-Shore Solution Architects on requests and cases, to solution Cloud Migration and Application Modernization using Agile and DevOps with POD operating model. The successful candidate must partner with account executives to drive strategic account planning and collaborate across multiple business units and portfolios to orchestrate and bring end to end solutions to our customers.

    What you'll be doing

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The role needs a Cloud visionary leader with strategic thinking with 10+ Years of IT experience including 5+ years of Cloud Solution Architect, who is known for being accountable for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.
    • Primarily involved in the technical pre-sales process working alongside NTT client Executives and Sales Specialists to assess clients’ business needs and narrow down the potential solutions and platforms that would be the best fit for client business goals, while identifying and evaluating alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability.
    • Designs components using appropriate modelling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns and methodology.
    • Someone with proactive approach mindset and attitude, who is a great motivator, brings people together and synergize them to achieve exponential growth and makes recommendations for the development of new go to market services and contributes knowledge on relevant verticals.
    • Demonstrate knowledge and value of technologies, platforms, private clouds (AWS, Azure and Google) with experience in an Architect role for 2- 4 years
    • Good hands-on AWS Services like, EC2, ECS, Fargate, Docker on AWS, Lamdba, RDS, Cloud Watch, Cloud trail, MongoDB or Azure equivalent
    • Expertise in Cloud Migration and demonstrable experience of having successfully migrated a customer to a major public cloud platform like AWS/Azure/GCP
    • Expertise in Cloud modernization with microservices, DDD and other cloud native services
    • Expertise in using public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to build solutions solving business problems and making innovative use of SaaS and PaaS offerings.

    • Able to devise novel migration approaches when migrating unsupported systems and high level estimation for different treatment types (rehost, re-platform, refactor, & re-architect)

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business or a related field.
    • Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (for example, TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
    • Safe Scaled Agile certification advantageous.
    • Prior experience of at least 7 years in managed services and/or cloud service provider
    • Applied Azure and/or GCP and/AWS infrastructure architect and presales skills
    • Desired certifications (one or more)
    • Azure Associate AZ 900 min, AZ304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design certification preferred
    • AWS Cloud Practitioner
    • VMWare VTSP or VTSP for AWS/Azure
    • ITIL: Version 3 or later

    Required Experience:

    • Advanced professional technical, IT or Operations experience within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment on the following areas: Software Development, Application Support and Infrastructure Support.
    • Advanced Project or Program Management experience would be preferred but not essential.
    • Advanced client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management.
    • Advanced experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns and best practices.
    • Advanced experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Advanced experience in developing, selling and delivering technical solutions.
    • Expertise in utilising the latest migration approaches and technologies including the containerisation of services.
    • Has sound knowledge on one or more programming languages (such as C#, Java, legacy programming languages, etc) and application architecture principles
    • Has good hands-on knowledge on application integration (distributed) patterns (such as pub/sub, event driven, REST etc)
    • Proven experience being accountable for major migration projects, e.g. multi-team/time-based deadlines.
    • Has pro-actively developed business across an account with sales and account managers.
    • Able to prioritise their time across multiple major projects.
    • Expertise in virtualisation using multiple public cloud providers storage technologies and cloud native technologies and on designing Hybrid cloud solutions (over integrations).
    • Exposure to Cloud Migration Factory to migrate at scale.
    • Ability to facilitate workshops with clients and NTT teams to discover requirements, present solutions and obtain client buy-in

    Knowledge and Attributes:

    • Advanced knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, OS’s and infrastructure designs.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Advanced knowledge on how specific infrastructures and application software are deployed in line with relevant methodologies and frameworks.
    • Ability to develop and leverage their advanced specialist knowledge of reference architectures.
    • Ability to maintain knowledge of trends and development in technology domains.
    • Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Advanced ability to collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, product, delivery etc.
