    Product Manager (Senior)

    About our client:

    • Our client is a global leader in digital marketing and client reporting solutions, empowering financial professionals to enhance data-driven decisions.     What you will be doing:

    • Oversee the development of customised portal elements, utilising advanced front-end development expertise currently using WordPress and other associated technologies.
    • Design specialised client solutions using standardised components, while maintaining strict adherence to project schedules.
    • Coordinate complex integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., ETL, SSO) to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee solutions meet client objectives, inspiring team members to achieve superior outcomes in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
    • Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, providing expert advice and fostering strong relationships throughout project lifecycles.

    What our client is looking for:

    • A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
    • 5 - 10 years software development experience - Including front-end technologies and client portals.
    • 15 years of overall career experience - Recent experience in client-facing and managerial roles within financial services, along with a demonstrable history of success, is strongly preferred.
    • Deep understanding of complex portal and website architecture and implementation (front-end, back-end, RESTful APIs, cloud).
    • Experience managing data integrations (ETL).
    • Proven leadership of technical teams and large-scale project management, including mentoring, client relationships, and on-time delivery for enterprise clients.
    • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills for a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be deadline-driven, proactive, and able to excel under pressure to deliver exceptional results.

    Commercial Portfolio Manager

    What you will be doing:

    • Act as the company’s ambassador in the market - be professional, responsible, kind and responsive to all stakeholders
    • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the current existing and long standing stake holder relationships with particular focus tenant relationships and retention
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
    • Swift response and exceptional customer service to tenant concerns, addressing their concerns and ensuring they remain happy
    • Conduct regular site visits to properties to assess conditions, ensuring buildings are optimally maintained, managing vendors and staff where necessary
    • Ensuring the CRM software is updated with respect to all property management administration
    • Risk management and reporting to exco with respect to existing lease agreement expiring, renewal, rate increases etc
    • Assist when required for budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection processes.
    • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring high retention rates as well as onboarding new tenants as needed (this is not a sales role)
    • Collect and manage FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) documents as required.

    • Proven experience in commercial property management.
    • Previous experience using property software (ideally MRI) is required
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes would be a benefit.
    • Understanding of scripting (Python ideally) or a willingness to learn.
    • Knowledge of cloud architecture, hosting and maintenance - Google is preferred.
    • Experience with relevant APIs and version control systems such as Git.
    • An ability to learn new programming languages and technologies.
    • Attention to detail, systematic, and timely.
    • Openness to seek out support and dependability in the face of challenging circumstances.
