    Ecommerce Admin Clerk

    Ecommerce Fulfilment Clerk (FTC)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Fulfilment Clerk on a fixed-term contract to support our e-commerce operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate order processing, efficient fulfilment, and timely delivery, while maintaining excellent service standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and dispatch online orders within SLA guidelines
    • Pick, pack, and allocate stock based on order requirements
    • Update and manage orders on e-commerce systems (e.g., Magento)
    • Prepare dispatch documentation and ensure accurate system transactions
    • Conduct follow-ups on unpaid orders and abandoned carts
    • Stay updated on daily and weekly online promotions
    • Assist with resolving order-related queries (returns, refunds, cancellations)
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders including warehouses, stores, and support teams
    • Report and escalate system or operational issues where necessary
    • Maintain strong internal relationships to support seamless fulfilment processes

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, fulfilment, or e-commerce
    • Diploma in Logistics (advantageous)
    • SAP experience (beneficial)
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
