    Sales Fulfilment Specialist - Home Loans

    Position Overview

    • The Sales Fulfilment Specialist will be responsible for managing home-loan deals from the submission stage through to the instruction stage, ensuring that applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with Home Loan Specialists, providing regular feedback on the progress of their deals and taking ownership of the quality of each submission. The primary objective is to improve deal conversion and ensure that good-quality applications are submitted correctly the first time.

    Key Responsibilities
    Deal Conversion

    • Manage and facilitate the conversion of home-loan deals from the submission stage through to the instruction stage.
    • Ensure that deals are processed efficiently and within the required turnaround times.
    • Follow up proactively on outstanding information, documentation or actions that may delay the progress of an application.
    • Identify potential obstacles in the application process and take appropriate action to resolve them.
    • Monitor each deal closely to support successful bond approval and instruction.

    Stakeholder and Consultant Liaison

    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Home Loan Specialists.
    • Communicate proactively regarding the progress and status of their deals.
    • Provide clear, accurate and timeous feedback throughout the application process.
    • Respond professionally to queries and requests from internal stakeholders.
    • Escalate delays, concerns or application risks when necessary.

    Quality Assurance

    • Review home-loan applications and supporting documentation before submission.
    • Ensure that applications meet the relevant bank criteria and quality standards.
    • Maintain current knowledge of bank lending requirements, mortgage criteria and submission processes.
    • Identify incomplete, inaccurate or poor-quality submissions and arrange for corrections before processing.
    • Promote accurate first-time submissions to reduce unnecessary delays and rework.
    • Take ownership of the overall quality of allocated deals.

    Administration and Record Management

    • Update deal statuses accurately on the organisation’s operations system.
    • Record relevant notes, feedback, progress updates and outstanding requirements.
    • Ensure that completed or unsuccessful deals are closed correctly on the system.
    • Maintain organised and accurate electronic records.
    • Complete all general administrative responsibilities associated with the position.
    • Maintain confidentiality when working with applicant, financial and banking information.

    Requirements
    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
    • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience within a banking environment.
    • Previous experience dealing specifically with mortgages, home loans or bond applications.
    • Sound understanding of mortgage application and bank submission processes.
    • Experience reviewing supporting documentation and application quality.
    • Own reliable transport.
    • Ability to work permanently from the Bellville Head Office

    Qualified Vehicle Spray Painter and Panel Beater

    Position Overview

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for completing professional spray-painting and panel-beating work on coaches, trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles.
    • The position requires a technically competent, safety-conscious and dependable individual who can complete vehicle repairs to a high standard, work according to workshop schedules and conduct quality checks throughout the repair and refinishing process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess vehicle body damage and determine the appropriate repair process.
    • Complete panel-beating repairs on damaged vehicle panels and bodywork.
    • Repair, reshape, straighten or replace damaged panels and vehicle components.
    • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, masking and priming.
    • Mix and match paint colours accurately.
    • Apply primers, base coats and finishing coats using approved spray-painting techniques.
    • Identify and correct paint defects and imperfections using the appropriate methods.
    • Ensure a professional and consistent finish on all completed vehicles.
    • Conduct quality checks throughout each stage of the repair process.
    • Maintain the spray booth in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating requirements.
    • Check and clean spray-booth filters to ensure sufficient airflow.
    • Inspect air-supply equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.

    • Use hand tools, power tools and mechanical inspection equipment safely and correctly.
    • Ensure that the required protective clothing and personal protective equipment are worn and properly maintained.
    • Comply with all occupational health and safety policies and workshop procedures.
    • Ensure that every vehicle has an authorised job card and is correctly checked into the workshop.
    • Complete the required job-card information and repair documentation accurately.
    • Follow workshop planning schedules and complete allocated work within agreed timelines.
    • Assist other workshop employees when no specific job allocation is available.
    • Support, mentor and provide practical guidance to apprentices where required.
    • Assist with workshop-related customer or operational queries in the Workshop Manager’s absence.
    • Maintain good housekeeping and ensure that tools, equipment and work areas are kept clean and orderly.
    • Report punctually for duty and maintain accurate timekeeping.
    • Participate in standby duties and work after operationally required.

    Requirements
    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 10 or an equivalent recognised qualification.
    • Recognised qualification or trade certification as a Vehicle Spray Painter, Panel Beater, or both.
    • Demonstrated experience completing both spray-painting and panel-beating work.
    • Sound knowledge of vehicle surface preparation.
    • Knowledge of automotive paint products, materials and application techniques.
    • Ability to mix and match colours accurately.
    • Knowledge of panel repair, body preparation and vehicle refinishing processes.
    • Understanding of workshop health and safety requirements.
    • Ability to use hand tools, power tools and relevant workshop equipment.
    • South African citizenship or valid authorisation to work in South Africa.

    Advantageous Experience

    • Approximately five years’ experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter or Panel Beater within a large commercial workshop.
    • Experience working on coaches, buses, trucks or other heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
    • Experience working in a high-volume fleet maintenance environment.
    • A valid Code EC or EC1 (04) driver’s license.
    • Previous experience workshop employees.

    Creditors Clerk

    • Our client is urgently seeking a detail-orientated and reliable Creditors Clerk to join their Finance Department.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full creditors and accounts payable function, ensuring that supplier invoices are accurately processed, reconciled and paid within required deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, deadline-driven and confident in working with supplier accounts, payment runs, reconciliations and financial administration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, verify and process supplier invoices and credit notes.
    • Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes.
    • Maintain accurate supplier master data and an efficient filing system.
    • Prepare and process creditor payments in line with company policies and payment schedules.
    • Prepare monthly vendor statement reconciliations and investigate variances before month-end close and payment.
    • Follow up on outstanding invoices, credit notes and supplier queries.
    • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and internal controls.
    • Assist with month-end closing processes and intercompany reporting requirements.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs.

    • Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in a creditors, accounts payable or similar finance role.
    • Experience in Logistics/Shipping
    • Experience working with supplier statement reconciliations.
    • Strong invoice verification and processing experience.
    • Creditors ledger maintenance experience.
    • Exposure to an accounting ERP system, preferably SAP.
    • Exposure to Esker and FIS accounting package interfaces would be advantageous.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
    • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good verbal, written and telephonic communication skills.
    • Ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
