    Digital Marketing Co-ordinator – Junior

    Role Purpose

    • The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator will assist with implementing, managing and monitoring digital marketing activities across multiple brands and creative projects.
    • The role covers social media, content creation, internal and external campaigns, website content, email marketing, reporting and online community engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that all content is engaging, accurate and aligned with the organisation’s brand guidelines.

    Social Media Management

    • The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator will assist with developing and implementing social media and audience-engagement strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube.
    • The role involves maintaining social media pages, publishing content, sharing relevant information and ensuring that all channels remain current and engaging. The successful candidate will support both organic and paid social media activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and audience growth.
    • The position will also involve managing content across multiple brand accounts while ensuring that the messaging remains consistent and aligned with the organisation’s broader brand identity.

    Content Creation and Campaign Support

    Public Relations and Community Engagement

    • The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator will assist with online community engagement and support public relations activities across the organisation’s brands.
    • The role may include responding to online engagement, supporting community-building initiatives and assisting with the preparation of basic crisis communication plans for digital channels.
    • The successful candidate may also assist with webinars, tutorials, information-sharing sessions, events and important promotional days.

    Email Marketing

    Requirements
    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric or Grade 12 is required.
    • A completed or partially completed qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field would be advantageous.
    • This role is suitable for a recent graduate or junior candidate. Previous formal employment experience is not essential where the candidate can demonstrate relevant knowledge through internships, learnerships, freelance work, volunteer projects, academic assignments or a personal digital portfolio.
    • The candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube.
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with content creation, social media scheduling, analytics, email marketing, photography, video editing or design tools would be beneficial.

    General Manager: Operations Performance

    Position Overview

    • The General Manager: Operations Performance will take overall responsibility for systems management, operational performance, client satisfaction, training and integration, service delivery, operational planning and the enforcement of key performance indicators across the organisation’s three specialist brands.
    • The successful candidate will create a consistent operational framework across the division, ensuring that teams, systems, reporting structures and service standards are aligned. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can identify performance gaps, introduce practical improvements and ensure that operational commitments are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
    • The role will work closely with executive management, operations leadership, sales, marketing, finance and other internal stakeholders to improve business performance and maintain a consistently high standard of client service.

    Operational Strategy and Performance

    • The successful candidate will develop, implement and monitor an effective operational performance strategy that supports the organisation’s objectives. This will include establishing a clear KPI framework, developing a systems roadmap and implementing an ongoing efficiency and process-improvement agenda.

    • Candidates must have completed Matric or Grade 12 and must possess substantial experience within tour operations.
    • Proven experience establishing or improving operational procedures, systems and processes is essential. Experience within events, sports travel, event services or another operationally complex travel environment would be advantageous.
    • Candidates must have experience identifying and implementing training requirements, introducing performance standards and supporting operational change or integration.
    • Experience establishing new processes across multiple business units, brands, regions or international operations will be highly beneficial.
    • Candidates should have strong systems knowledge and practical experience working with operational, booking, customer relationship management or reporting platforms. Experience with Tourplan and Zoho would be advantageous.
    • A strong understanding of operational reporting, KPIs, service-delivery standards, cost management, profitability and performance measurement is required.

    • Our client is seeking an accomplished Contact Centre Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership to a large, multi-functional, in-house contact centre.
