To conduct visible patrols, monitoring and observation of hotspots. Attend to all community call-outs. Effect arrest of suspects. Respond to alarm prompts. Maintenance and cleaning of equipment as well as vehicles. Provide guarding services, community policing and land monitoring. Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances, including issues, incidences, and breaches. Report issues, incidences, and breaches appropriately. Escalate unresolved issues to the Team Leader. Assist in engagements with relevant internal and external key parties including but not limited to the Bafokeng Nation and traditional leaders, ensuring swift response to land issues and SAPS.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required. Support the identification of all risks within the Protective Services department. Compliance to the Codes of Conduct and other relevant legislation for the security industry. Adhere to high standards of ethical behaviour and communicate instances of unethical behaviour through the appropriate channels . Compliance to the entity policies and procedures.

Grade 12 (Matric), (NQF Level 4)
Grade C Certificate
Valid PSIRA registration
valid firearm competency certificate
Valid driver’s licence
At least 3 years’ experience in the similar position
The Waste Collector is responsible for the collection, handling and loading of the waste within the Royal Bafokeng Nation. The incumbent contributes to maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally sustainable community by ensuring waste is collected efficiently and in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Complete waste collection routes according to established schedules and ensure designated collection areas remain clean and safe.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
Previous experience in waste collection, cleaning services and construction
A valid driver's licence will be advantageous
