    About The Role

    This person will program manage the following initiatives:

    • Working with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. department managers, employee success, Futureforce, Trailhead, universities, partners, etc. develop a strategy for how we will increase the number of Salesforce skilled individuals across Africa.

    • Coordinate marketing focused on building awareness - working with regional, Trailhead, and content teams - to develop awareness of jobs and training opportunities in the Salesforce Ecosystem. Set vision & drive execution on partnerships with diverse talent programs and events (ie: conferences).

    • Working closely with EMEA wide teams evolve and coordinate Salesforce Training Programs - Build a “talent journey” suitable for the local environments, types of learner, and job opportunities. Leverage Trailhead, and all Salesforce owned company training platforms and services, that develops the right skills and is accessible to everyone.

    • Proactively build a pipeline to recruit & support workforce development organisations and relevant education institutions - that will embed Salesforce training for roles in the Salesforce ecosystem.

    • Regular reporting and feedback collection to continually evolve programming

    • Ad hoc - We are a small and agile team, and we’re looking for a team player who will jump in and support as new opportunities arise.

    About You

    • Significant portfolio of experience designing and/or leading job seeker training programs; technical training experience preferred

    • Significant portfolio of experience building partnerships with external organizations

    • Experience and passion for working with historically underrepresented and/or or non traditional talent

    • Knowledge of/experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem highly preferred

    • Proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives; able to drive clarity in ambiguity

    • Operational excellence; able to juggle multiple competing priorities

    • Excellent spoken and written communication, including presentation skills

    • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies, including senior level executives

    Role Description

    As part of our Enterprise Corporate Sales team you will be selling to our top enterprise accounts and working with Fortune 500 calibre clients across Italy. You will manage the complete end to end sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives. You will trailblaze the salesforce vision through product demonstration, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Proven experience of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.

    • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets.

    • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C Level.

    • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.

    • Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references.

    • Fluent in English

    Your Impact

    The Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing subsets within the Enterprise Parent accounts. Your role includes partnering with our Strategic Account Managers to evangelise the Salesforce vision and account strategy. You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations.

    Some Of Your Main Responsibilities And Deliverables Will Include

    • Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners etc.

    • Use your solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and identify business potential in order to to create a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers.

    • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings

    • Organise and manage industry events and user groups to generate market interest.

    • Contribute to Salesforce growth by engaging with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.

    • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within an assigned subset of major account/customer or vertical market.

    • Territory/Vertical identification and research to formalise a go to market strategy and create qualified target accounts.

    • Maintaining a long term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation while being able to generate short term results.

    • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).

    Required Skills

    • Extensive people management experience of a sales team
