    Enterprise Business Consultant: RA SC (Bellville) (JG 11) (Rerun)

    What will you do?

    • This role reports centrally to the Head: Enterprise and Practice Development. The role works closely with management to promote and develop Enterprise businesses, primarily the traditional BlueStar businesses (80%) and then assisting with some of the Managed Outsourced (MO) and Sanlam Core Solutions (SCS) businesses (20%), through active identification, planning, and engagement surrounding the taking on and vesting of new entities.
    • The role will implement the different operational requirements for setting up and supporting a new BlueStar businesses.

    • The role will implement the different operational requirements for setting up and supporting a new BlueStar business such as: marketing the BlueStar business concept/model/process planning the expansion of BlueStar businesses regionally sourcing, recruitment and appointment of FA ‘s into BlueStar businesses facilitate discussions with SFA management to assist BlueStar Principals with training and vesting of new advisers 
    • Operate as business consultant/coach and change agent to BlueStar businesses

    Qualification and experience

    • Commercial/Financial/legal or business-related degree preferable
    • BCom Business Management or Marketing, prefer Honours/Post Grad in business related program (120 credits)
    • Extensive Consulting experience in a business/marketing environment
    • Experience in Practice Development of financial planning practices

    Knowledge and skills

    IT:

    • MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP)
    • Web based platform tool/site
    • Adviser tools (i.e.: Sanfin; Leads program, Santrust, Santax, Sanport)
    • AUTONUB
    • Capital Software
    • SAP
    • E2 financials

    Business/Management:

    • Financial Services Industry Knowledge
    • Business acumen (creating and leading a business)
    • Specialized knowledge within different channels (tied, choice, or Entities)

    Sales Consultant (Independent Solutions): SLS: SanlamConnect: Gauteng North: Lynnwood

    What will you do?

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing Sanlam’s solutions to a vested portfolio of advisers, devising strategies and campaigns to grow the advisers business thereby assisting in meeting the required sales targets.

    Support Financial Advisers in:

    • Rendering ongoing technical advice and support
    • Partnering with Financial Advisers to reach production targets
    • Sourcing for business opportunities in advisers practice.
    • Managing and support Leads and campaigns
    • Assisting and liaising with New Business and underwriting to facilitate the issuing of business
    • Assisting with the processing of claims, replacements and quotations
    • Assisting with Comparative competitor quotes.

    With regards Compliance ensure that:

    •  the different tools are understood and utilised by the Financial Advisers and their practices
    • The Financial Adviser is aware of the importance of compliance and implications for the practices for non-compliance.
    • Monitor and flag any suspect or risky business with the Business Manager.
    • Support projects and focus activities of the Business Manager that seek to drive production.
    • Networking with other stakeholders in the sales/support process.

    • Thorough understanding of agency distribution model and supporting processing requirements would be advantageous
