    SCASS T2 Junior Technician - Booysendal North Shaft

    • Providing comprehensive technical services for the efficient and safe operation of electronic technology for health, safety and productivity in the mining sector.

    Minimum Requirements

    • N4 Electronic/Electrical
    • 2-4 years’ experience in electronics (hardware and software) and IT (hardware, networks and software).

    Responsibilities

    Technical

    • Installation, repairing, certification and technical support of electronic products and systems to the highest technical and safety standards on the specified mine/s.
    • Set up and tests units to meet specified requirements.
    • Quality checks all work as per company quality policy.
    • Troubleshoot problems to determine root cause of issue and recommend a corrective action or escalate problem to senior level.
    • Maintenance of the electronic equipment and software, to ensure it is according to company standards and client scope of work.

    • Provides support to the Senior Technician and Supervisor on assignments, and works in other departments and/or miscellaneous assignments as instructed.
    • Developing of customer relations.
    • Completion of required documentation, reports and paperwork for the mine, customers and Technical coordinator / Supervisor.

    Certification Engineer - Kempton Park

    Job Purpose

    • Drives the required certifications and approvals necessary for Schauenburg Systems to deliver products to their intended markets. Supports and coaches Engineering Project managers, System Engineers and Product Managers in the requirements and best methods to achieve international certifications and approvals. Contribute to the overall engineering activities related to the delegated tasks, draft and present for review relevant engineering documentation in accordance with delegated tasks.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronic / computer engineering
    • 3-5 years’ experience in the electronic, engineering field
    • Hardware and software R&D experience
    • Experience in formal testing, certification and approval techniques (non-negotiable)
    • Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment (advantages)

    • Contribute and actively participate in all certification activities (meetings, discussions, activities, laboratory testing, specifications, report submission, documentation generation, etc)

    Senior Internal Sales Administrator

    Main Objective of the Role

    • The Senior Internal Sales Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating internal sales and administrative processes across Schauenburg Systems and PTY. This role ensures efficient order processing, customer support, reporting, and the smooth operation of sales and administrative functions while supervising internal sales and administrative staff.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Order Processing

    • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders in line with company policies.
    • Maintain and update back-order reports, ensuring accurate tracking of outstanding orders.
    • Manage invoicing and sales forecasting for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, payments, and proof of deliveries (PODs).
    • Assist in project management of larger orders and ensure smooth execution.
    • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Request shipping estimations and coordinate logistics for shipments.
    • Integrate AI and smart solutions into the internal sales team to streamline sales, quoting, and customer experiences.

    • Assist in maintaining customer feedback and satisfaction reports.
