• An exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources Officer to join Teneo Education. The successful candidate will join the HR team and work with us in our ‘virtual environment’.

Experience Required:

•  Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
•  3 – 5 years experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities include:

•  Responsible for Induction/Staff onboarding
•  Provide HR support to Staff and HRM as required
•  Assist employees with various HR related queries
•  Assist with HR Reporting/Administration
•  Conduct exit interviews
•  Coordinate the recruitment process by liaising with various stakeholders, arranging interviews, providing feedback to candidates and HR Manager and conducting references
•  Assist with yearly EE reporting

The successful candidate must have good people skills and must be computer literate.

Job Description

Teneo is looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to build out and manage our entire web infrastructure. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years’ recent experience with all of the skills listed below.

Our ongoing projects entail implementing our pre-approved UI and setting up our server infrastructure. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture

• “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface

• Design and deployment of our database

• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

Skills

• At least three years’ experience with:

• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Fluent in PHP as a back-end programming language

• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions

• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment

Grades/Years:

412 / 4  A Levels

Requirements

•  Either a qualified teacher or currently studying towards a qualified degree in relevant tutor subjects.
•  Excellent level of empathy with students understanding their necessary requirements.
•  Availability for at least 20hour sessions per month.
•  Contactable references.
•  Professional and flexible, meeting all contractual computer/internet requirements (see below).

•  ‘White board’ device e.g. Huoin 420 Graphics Drawing Tablet
•  Tidy, welllit, and quiet teaching environment.
