    District Sales Analyst - SAB Denver Depot

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Analysis of sales information to generate local insights Support District Manager with Business Planning requirements with weekly insights and analysis across support teams
    • Support sales manager with quarterly sales plans localized deep dive and trend analysis
    • Weekly opportunity or issue identification for the sales team
    • Analyse standard reporting packs and provide recommendations to sales managers and to the district manager
    • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on performance down to sales rep level (volume, pricing, retention, BEES, trade Schemes, availability, calling, promotions & scorecards)
    • Maintains the integrity an accuracy of sales Master data
    • Assisting sales managers and district manager with customer free beer credits
    • Purchase order creation and other PTP queries for sales manager and district manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    • B Com/or Related Business Degree
    • Experience 1-2 years sales experience would be advantageous

    DC Logistics Manager - SAB Denver Depot

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Safety

    • Ensures a safe and healthy working environment for internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensures that legislative requirements are met in line with the Section 16.2 appointee requirements
    • Maintains a robust system of SIO and SHO generation and close out.
    • Quarterly Safety reviews are conducted with the RLM and RSD to identify risk trends and mitigation plans
    • Completes an annual risk review of internal and external processes, identifying relevant mitigation plans and implementing them​

    Quality

    • Ensures that logistics teams adhere to Quality guidelines specified by the Zone so that customers receive stock as per ABInbev Quality guidelines

    DPO

    • Ensures that Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meeting routines are adhered to in line with mandatory DPO guidelines (OWD's, SCL, MCL, Mandatory meetings)
    • Conducts the Daily Logistics Meeting as per the specified TOR's listed in the DPO framework
    • Tracks KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with DPO Terms of Reference. Ensures that appropriate problem-solving tools are applied for out-of-range KPI's in line with DPO Methodology
    • Ensures that Processes are standardized via SOP's and work standards are monitored and improved upon using Operational Work Diagnostics
    • 5S routines and improvement exercises are conducted on a weekly and monthly basis to uphold standards in Trucks and Work Areas
    • Annual Business Descriptions are developed per functional area, taking into account SWOT Analysis and key business imperatives
    • Lead DPO Implementation at the Brewery

    Continuous Improvement

    • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring that routines and process are aligned to best-in-class standards through effective benchmarking
    • Engages with HRBP and ensures that the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) document is maintained in line with ongoing operational requirements for staff development
    • Ensures that TNA weekly and Monthly training schedules are adhered too
    • Drives a problem-solving culture through the use of DPO Problem solving tools (e.g. 5 Why, Abnormality Reports, OWD's, GAPA, PDCA) from frontline to senior management
    • Vehicle contingency plans exist for the replacement of contracted vehicles and drivers
    • Delivery fleet size and mix calculated to ensure optimum cost and customer service effectiveness and delivery within the Distribution area
    • Obsolescence Risks taken up with commercial for action plans
    • Manage Full Beer Returns Process
    • Plan and Manage Trade Visits and Drive Compliance
    • Develop Peak sizing and Planning for all critical periods.
    • Manage Customer and Driver master data
    • Conduct bi-annual Customer service evaluation and analyses customer feedback with actions
    • Management of SLAs (Planning, Commercial, Dedicated Carrier/3PL Teams etc)

    IR

    • Maintains a healthy IR climate by conducting documented monthly engagements with Union representatives
    • Ensure that the frontline are aligned in terms of goals and meeting routines to drive continuous improvement
    • Ensures that Monthly One on Ones are conducted in line with the target review process
    • Maintains a healthy IR climate with Partners (Owner Drivers, Temp Labour, Outsourced Services) through documented SLA Meetings
    • Communication channels are open to relevant stakeholders via Monthly All Employee meetings

    Governance

    • Ensures that internal compliance controls are adhered to in terms of Vendor payments, SOX and CSA controls
    • Ensures that management teams are trained on the Code of Business Conduct and strict adherence is in place
    • Effective use of the Compliance Channel is maintained
    • Delivery fleet and drivers consistently comply with the statutory requirements

    Service Level

    • Engages with Sales to ensure RTI's are maintained to minimize packaging downtime

    Budgets

    • Drives a strict adherence to flexed budgets with the Delivery teams.
    • Ensures that Management teams conduct sizing on a weekly and monthly basis in line with the Sales plan. Sizing risks are identified and relevant actions taken to mitigate
    • Accounts for over/underspends on a weekly and monthly basis dependent on the GL Frequency

    Head of Payroll - Africa Zone

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership & Governance

    • Define and implement the Africa Zone Payroll strategy aligned to Global People Services and Finance frameworks
    • Act as the accountable executive for payroll governance, risk, controls and compliance across 12 countries
    • Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks, corporate governance policies, SABOX, and audit requirements
    • Drive standardization of payroll processes across markets while accommodating local legislative nuances
    • Serve as payroll escalation point for senior leadership and regional stakeholders

    Payroll Operations Oversight

    • Provide executive oversight of end-to-end payroll execution including salaries, incentives, bonuses, benefits and statutory payments
    • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll sign-off across all markets
    • Approve payroll calendars and ensure delivery against SLA commitments
    • Oversee year-end processes including tax reconciliations and statutory submissions
    • Ensure accuracy of recharge mechanisms between Zone and countries

    Compliance, Tax & Regulatory Oversight

    • Ensure full compliance with all country-specific payroll, tax, and employment legislation (e.g. PAYE, social security, pension, benefits regulations across Africa)
    • Oversee statutory reporting and filings across all jurisdictions
    • Lead resolution of regulatory escalations with revenue authorities and statutory bodies (e.g. SARS and equivalents across Africa)
    • Accountable for payroll audit readiness and remediation of findings (internal & external)

    Financial Control & Risk Management

    • Oversight of payroll-related General Ledger postings and reconciliations
    • Ensure integrity of payroll financial reporting and month-end close processes
    • Sign off on monthly payroll packs, bonus calculations and payroll-related financial reporting
    • Drive risk mitigation and control enhancements across payroll processes
    • Ensure strong reconciliation discipline and root cause analysis for discrepancies

    Systems, Transformation & Continuous Improvement

    • Own payroll systems strategy (e.g. SAP HR, Payspace or equivalent)
    • Lead payroll transformation initiatives including automation, digitization and harmonization across markets
    • Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and cost optimization
    • Manage system upgrades, statutory configuration changes and vendor performance
    • Enhance reporting capabilities and payroll analytics across the Zone

    Employee Experience & Stakeholder Management

    • Champion a customer-centric payroll service model
    • Drive improvements in payroll service delivery and query resolution
    • Engage regularly with Zone and Country People Directors, Finance leaders and external vendors
    • Provide monthly payroll statistics and insights to senior leadership
    • Ensure payroll supports broader People Services transformation initiatives

    Leadership & Capability Development

    • Lead and develop a multi-country payroll team (Direct: 6 | Indirect: 14+)
    • Set clear performance objectives, KPIs and service standards

    Profile & Experience

    Education

    • BCom Finance, Accounting or related degree (essential)
    • Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Payroll/Tax (advantageous)

    Experience

    • 8–12+ years progressive payroll experience, including multi-country payroll management
    • Proven experience leading payroll operations across multiple African markets
    • Minimum 5+ years senior leadership / people management experience
    • Strong exposure to payroll governance, audits and statutory compliance
    • Experience operating at executive stakeholder level

    Payroll Controller

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs, ensuring strict compliance with established payroll governance frameworks.
    • Delegate payroll input capture tasks to payroll administrators, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and deadlines.
    • Monitor, verify, and distribute all payroll inputs to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
    • Review and authorize daily and monthly payroll inputs to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

    • Monitor payroll administrator accuracy, maintaining records and delivering feedback to team leads.
    • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly to uphold payroll accuracy and satisfaction.
    • Enforce adherence to payroll processes and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure operational efficiency.
    • Continuously evaluate payroll processes for opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to team members, supporting their professional development and career progression.
    • Conduct periodic performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and recognizing individual and team achievements.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Supervisory/People Management experience essential​
    • Experience on SAP payroll system is essential​
    • Payspace payroll system experience advantageous​
    • Sound knowledge of the relevant legal aspects e.g.  PAYE (SA and/or Rest of Africa)​
    • Good Excel & MS Office​
    • Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures,  regulations and governance essential​
    • Excellent numeric skills essential​
