    Assistant Workshop Manager

    • Looking for an Assistant Workshop Manager to access damaged vehicles and quote for repairs for both panel – beating and mechanical.

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Qualifications in Panel-Beating and Repairs
    • 3 – 5 years relevant experience
    • Computer Literate

    Duties:

    • Needs to identify all parts that would be required to repair the vehicle.
    • Manage current relationship with parts suppliers to acquire the necessary parts timeously for the repair of the vehicle.
    • Build new relationships with other parts suppliers so that there is a constant flow of parts.
    • Fill in for the workshop manager when he is not at work.

    Corporate Affairs Officer

    • Looking for a Corporate Affairs Officer to ensure optimum operational efficiency and maintenance of required level of governance & compliance that the company is required to comply with.

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • CA with 3 - 6 years-experience in a similar position or Company Secretarial Duties
    • Knowledge and experience with the National Credit Act & Companies
    • Highly proficient in Excel

    Duties:

    • Dealing with CIPC matters (company formation, annual reporting, amendments etc)
    • Board & shareholder matters
    • Record keeping of company contracts (contract register) Managing & coordinating of company obligations inherent in company agreements.
    • BEE certification
    • Annual certification
    • Implementation of programs to maintain or improve BEE score of group
    • Ensure that returns are submitted and all matters up to date (completion of returns responsibility of finance division)
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with all SARS matters
    • NCR matters
    • Internal governance and compliance
