    Responsibilities and Duties 

    The program provides hands-on training and through your learning journey you will gain experience within the following retail functions by means of role rotation:

    • Cash handling

    • Store operations

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Degree obtained during 2022/2023 (preferably Bachelor of Commerce)
    • Interpersonal and communications skills
    • Ability to learn quickly, identify issues and propose solutions
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
    • Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment

    Credit Relationship Manager - Mbombela

    TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Credit Relationship Manager within the Financial Services Division in the Mpumalanga Highveld area.
    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Analyze specific credit applications for terms of sale and credit limits
    • General management  and establish of securities
    • Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and analysis of financial statements received from clients
    • Follow company policies and procedures
    • Maintain appropriate documents, documentation and other information in the customer credit files
    • Manage collection process of delinquent accounts
    • Review customer accounts on a regular basis to maintain an appropriate level of credit risk
    • Marketing of credit products and identifying new clients to grow the portfolio
    • Maintaining good relationships and service levels with clients
    • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
    • Some travel may be required

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Degree / Diploma in Accounting/ Agriculture/ Finance   
    • Computer literate
    • Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
    • Experience and knowledge of production facilities, Term loans and asset finance facilities
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Role can be based at the Piet Retief head office or at available TWK footprint in the Mpumalanga Highveld area
    • Agriculture environment / Knowledge (Compulsory)  
    • At least 5 years’ experience in financial service industry

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
    • Monthly control checks on stock (stock counting)
    • Assisting clients in store
    • Sorting and storage of goods
    • Be willing to work overtime when required

    Artisan Assistant (RSA) - Standerton

    TWK Motors, part of the TWK Agri Group, has the following vacancy available: Artisan Assistant (RSA) at Standerton, Mpumalanga.
    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Assist in the repair and servicing of vehicles according to dealer / distributor standards and within the flat rate time allowed
    • Together with journeyman, establish parts required for service / repair to be performed and ensured correct parts are ordered
    • Report to journeyman / technician promptly on any additional work required
    • Obtain authorization prior to carrying out additional work or dismantling components
    • Obtain technical information from journeyman / technician on problem jobs
    • Adhere strictly to technical specifications as laid down by manufacturer, or as instructed by journeyman
    • Adhere to laid down workshop policies and procedures
    • Note the description of all work performed on the back of Repair Order if required
    • Place all used parts in plastic bag, except oil & fuel filters, and place on passenger floor
    • All warranty replaced parts to be tagged according to laid down rules, and handed to Parts Department
    • Ensure all oils and parts used are booked out on Repair Order
    • Ensure vehicle is kept as clean as possible, and use all protective items supplied
    • Ensure work bay is kept safe, clean and tidy
    • Ensure time started and completed are entered on Repair Order
    • Report any faulty and / or broken equipment is reported to journeyman / technician
    • Ensure all special tools and equipment are used with utmost care
    • To possess a complete set of tools, as per RMI standards, and to maintain them in good working order
    • Ensure a neat appearance at all times - overalls to be changed after heavy repairs
    • Maintain cordial relationship with workshop staff

    Qualifications and Skills 

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • N.I.C. Training
    • Computer literate
    • Valid driver's licence
    • Previous experience on servicing of vehicles
