MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -

• Grade 12 
• Degree/Advanced National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7).
• CPMD
• Minimum of 05 years' experience in Local Government Finance 
• Minimum of 04 years at Management level in Local Government 
• Minimum of Code B valid Driving Licence 
• Extensive Knowledge of AFS preparation of Audit Management Extensive Knowledge &
• understanding of MFMA and applicable essential Municipal Legislation. 
• Registration with professional accounting body essential (must be in a good standing). 
• Strong Supervisory & Interpersonal Skills 
• Computer Literacy/ Knowledge of MUNSOFT & CASEWARE will be an added advantage 
• Good report writing skills. 
• Presentation skills.

• Certificate on E-Natis Minimum of Code B valid Driving Licence
• Computer Literacy 
• Minimum of 03 years working experience as an examiner in DLTC.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: - 

• Support effective management DLTC by ensuring compliance with road safety strategies, statutory requirements, and the implementation and monitoring of short-term operational plans. 
• Direct and control key performance indicators and performance outcomes of personnel within the Driving
• Licence Testing Centre 
• Coordinate and oversee administrative functions for the section to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations
• Coordinate and monitor the operational sequences of working equipment.
