    • Manage a team of business process engineers responsible for the design and implementation of business processes within Ashburton.
    • Responsible for operational excellence via efficient process design and implementation.
    • Ensure continuous improvement in process, cost, and quality through implementation of continuous process improvement methodologies within Wesbank
    • Manage all business process engineering projects and stakeholder buy in and acceptance.
    • Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
    • Lead a team of business process engineers on process redesign, reconstruction, and monitoring to ensure they are effective.
    • Responsible for evaluating, designing, executing, measuring, monitoring business processes and ensuring controls are in place.
    • Ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals.
    • Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of business processes.
    • Focus on the end to end process (value chain) from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
    • Oversee the development of process /solution training manuals.
    • Oversee the training of business user on new solution/process being implemented.

    Education and Experience 

    • Education: BEng Degree (preferably Industrial) 
    • Experience: 5 Years in Process engineering role​

    Achieve Programme Manager

    Job Description

    • The Achieve programme manager role is an,  internal to First Rand business consultant/ professional services professional role , with the following 3 distinct areas of responsibility. The incumbent will be required to fulfil all listed responsibilities

    Achieve Management role

    • Lead a Dynamic Team of Consultants: Oversee a team dedicated to implementing an Operational Excellence product set called Achieve.
    • Demonstrate Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Utilize strategic thinking and leadership skills to guide the team, making informed decisions that facilitates strategy execution
    • Understand and incorporate Engineering and Automation Tools: Possess an understanding of process engineering, robotic process automation, and other enablement tolls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Track Benefits and Develop Business Cases: Develop business cases to support new initiatives as well as to monitor realized ROI
    • Gather and Analyse Data: Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making processes, ensuring data-driven strategies.

    Professional Services execution role

    • Mitigate Risks and Ensure Sustainability: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the long-term sustainability of initiatives.

    Qualification and Experience

    • MBA or relevant Master's degree
    • 5-10 Years professional services / consulting experience.
    • 5-10 Years management experience.
