    Associate Director - Valuations

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, coordinating valuation engagements for the purpose of management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate strategy. Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed. Develop new and creative analyses to prove key assertions across multiple work streams. Assume a leadership role in report generation and working closely with the Business modelling team.
    • Present findings to the client via reports and presentations. Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel.
    • Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, mentor others, stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's business, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of the Valuation services provided.

    To qualify, candidates must have:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance or accounting with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, or national valuation firm or experience in the valuation practice of an accounting firm
    • An accounting designation i.e., CA, CFA, CPA etc.
    • Ability to manage project expenditures against budget and revenue and provide the necessary leadership and guidance to team members to ensure the completion of work deliverables.
    • Proven business development, marketing and negotiating techniques with a demonstrated track record of pursing and closing business opportunities, and the ability to manage engagement risk through reaffirming client satisfaction.

    Internal Audit Assistant Manager (Mining)

    Your client responsibilities

    Resource Planner

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and assign Assurance staff on assignments using Retain software system
    • Liaise with staff and Directors / Managers regarding staffing and handle all queries thereof.
    • Ensure that all jobs are staffed effectively
    • Source staff for Assurance managers - Local & National.
    • Leave management for all staff in the group.

    Durban -On-Site Technology Support (Associate)

    Your key responsibilities

    • Facilitate and support the deployment of hardware and software to end users (including the installation, configuration and testing of more complex firm hardware).
    • Facilitate and support the provisioning and deprovisioning processing, including setting up of hardware/software for new hires, and receiving hardware from separating employees.
    • Assist with (or coordinate) the repair of end user hardware and the reinstallation of software as necessary to resolve end user incidents.
    • Resolve incidents associated with firm-standard end user software and hardware, including mobile/hand-held technologies. Identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences.

    SAP Solutions Architect - Senior Manager

    Your key responsibilities

    • As a Senior Manager, you work with client teams and EY teams to arrive at an enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing business needs. The role will also be required to participate in client and EY internal engagements, provide leadership, oversight and mentorship for junior team members, and support building out the reporting & analytics practice. You will also influence projects, vendors and/or SIs to ensure they are aligned with our approved methods and delivery standards.     • Technically proficient with globally recognised current and relevant certifications to prove it
