    Personal Assistant

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the MD’s office operates efficiently, with a high level of confidentiality, organisation, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, calendar events, and executive travel
    • Manage diaries, emails, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency
    • Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and reporting
    • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD
    • Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed

    Job Requirements
    Requirements

    • 5-10 years' experience in a similar PA/Executive Assistant role, ideally in a corporate setting.
    • Proven ability to plan and schedule meetings, calendar events, and manage diaries effectively.
    • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Flexibility to work extra hours when required, including occasional evenings or weekends
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Afrikaans advantageous
    • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
    • Discreet, proactive, and professional demeanor

    Reporting Specialist

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Specialist to develop, manage, and deliver accurate and insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and generate complex Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
    • Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and anomalies
    • Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, PivotTables, and VBA where applicable
    • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver timely reports
    • Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards

    Job Requirements

    • 3-5 years' experience in a similar reporting or data analysis role.
    • Advanced ability to generate complex Excel reports (e.g., formulas, macros, Power Query)
    • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
