Supports and improves HR processes by collaborating with stakeholders, executing programs, and developing expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and HR operations.
Manages data reporting to guide HR decisions, advises leaders on best practices, and ensures effective delivery of policies and programs.
Oversees recruitment for both salary and wage employees, conducts performance and probation reviews, builds strong employee relations, addresses grievances, and contributes to policy development. Maintains efficient personnel administration systems to strengthen overall HR service delivery and company culture.
Project Management & Coordination:Lead end-to-end project execution including evaluation, budgeting, planning, procurement, scheduling, and documentation. Oversee manpower, resource allocation, site surveys, and project profitability.
Technical & Engineering Support: Manage 3D modelling, shop detailing, technical reviews, drawing verification, QA/QC coordination (e.g., WPS, welding, NDT), and fabrication monitoring. Lead startup meetings and ensure alignment with client and contract specifications.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Implement and maintain HSE policies, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and contribute to safety system development.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to clarify technical aspects, resolve queries, and manage change orders or variations.
Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate raw material and consumable procurement, monitor stock levels, and support maintenance planning.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare tenders, project updates, progress reports, Fabrication Data Books, and final project summaries.
Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and train project engineers, lead production meetings, and participate in business development initiatives.
