    National Inventory Controller (Longmeadow)

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

    • The National Inventory Controller  will manage National inventory levels.  You will need to develop inventory management systems, maintain stock levels, and coordinate the logistics of orders and transfers nationally.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify, investigate & resolve any stock queries in International & Local receiving
    • Monitor the reports and to ensure that all lines on a shipment has been checked and moved out of the receiving cages in the shortest possible time.
    • Ensure that any stock received into local receiving has been moved/transferred out within 24 hours
    • Ensure that any shipments received into international receiving has been moved out within a week where possible
    • Ensure that all back orders & IBT’s has been picked in the shortest possible time
    • Ensure that there is no stock left behind in the receiving cages (on the reports) after a line has been moved/transferred.
    • Ensure that all discrepancies, both in international & in local receiving has been raised correctly as per company procedures and is submitted in the timeframe allowed. 
    • Follow up on outstanding discrepancies and to ensure that they are resolved.
    • Prepare & assist in stock takes in local and international receiving.
    • Provide training to receiving staff where possible.
    • Ensure that all GRN’s has been done A.S.A.P
    • Prepare both local & international receiving for Syspro
    • Update the spreadsheet for both local & international receiving. (Stock holding, transfers entered not posted & discrepancies)
    • Running of daily reports
    • Discrepancies – both local & international
    • General stock control (transfers/adjustment requests/labelling/Bin requests)
    • Ensure the required amount of stock has been picked, checked, correctly packed and transferred to complete back orders & IBT’s
    • Ensure that the remaining stock on a line has been moved out of local-/international after the back orders and IBT’s has been completed.
    • Signing off on any problem stock in local- or international receiving and informing the inventory manager about this.
    • Investigating all no-stocks and problem stocks signed for.

    Requirements
    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven work experience as a Senior Stock Controller, Senior Inventory Controller, or similar role
    • Matric + Supply Chain/Logistics qualification
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Willing to work overtime
    • Willing to Travel Nationally

    Digital Marketing Co-ordinator (Longmeadow)

    PURPOSE

    • The primary purpose of this role is to drive ACDC Dynamics and Express’ online presence and engagement by researching, creating, editing, formatting, reporting, and publishing digital content across all ACDC marketing communication platforms. This includes social media channels, email marketing, and other digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work to enhance brand visibility, support campaigns, and ensure cohesive, on-brand messaging that resonates with target audiences.
    • Photography, videography, and the ability to edit videos and use graphic design programs are highly beneficial skills for this role.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Concept Development – Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals. Manage and implement campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
    • Digital Media and Social Networks – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content to produce engaging content and optimize user experience. Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
    • Scheduling and posting of organic content on multiple platforms, with Multiple accounts daily.
    • Scheduling and management of Paid Media campaigns across platforms.
    • Community Management – Respond to comments and messages, fostering engagement and maintaining an active and responsive online presence.
    • Quality Control – Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all multimedia outputs before publication.
    • File Management – Maintain and organize all digital assets, ensuring proper labeling, archiving, and accessibility for future use.
    • Feedback and Reporting – Produce reports on digital content performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements based on data analysis. Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI). Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Brand Adherence – Ensure consistency in branding across all content and marketing materials, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Deadline Management – Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Prioritize tasks, coordinate with team members, and oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion.

    Requirements

    • Technical Skills – Proficiency in digital marketing tools, video editing software, and graphic design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a strong advantage. Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices is an advantage.
    • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent proofreading, editing, and copywriting abilities.
    • Attention to Detail – A keen eye for detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Team Player – A creative, proactive, and positive mindset with a collaborative attitude. Ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team environment.
