    Technician Mechanical Maintenance.REG CDS.Mechanical (Technical)(G53501)

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate, reporting to the Manager Maintenance Engineering, will be responsible for but not limited to following:

    • Input into maintenance planning, scheduling and execution of the asset.
    • Ensure safe planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Utilization of enterprise asset management system.
    • Consult and give support in commissioning and testing of assets.
    • Ensure implementation of continuous improvement of the equipment/infrastructure.
    • Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices.
    • Conduct continuous Audit and quality control (activities and contractual) and implement remedial action where required.
    • Determine, as part of cross-functional team, evaluation criteria and participate in evaluation and award of bids / tenders received.
    • Provide Input into allocated budget. Identify cost saving initiatives within area of control.
    • Compile and submit relevant reports.
    • Identify and report possible efficiency enhancements and initiatives to ensure resource savings.
    • Engage with relevant stakeholders on report findings.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:

    • Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent is essential
    • 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure Maintenance Operational is essential
    • Drivers Licence Code B
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Stats and Billing Administrator.INT ORT.

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Assistant Manager Information Management and Billing and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
    • Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
    • Develop a random sample to audit airlines.
    • Engage with airlines to obtain load sheets – Communicate.
    • Review and analyse difference between information submitted and load sheet.
    • Manage and coordinate with airline on difference.
    • Meet deadline for audit submissions.
    • Report on audit performed with explanations for variances.
    • Ensure quality of input information from Apron Office.
    • Follow up on outstanding information.
    • Tracks and monitors the airline who do not have accounts with airport.
    • Ensure airlines without accounts details are found and follows to for billing post period.
    • Packaging ideas and proposals.
    • Compile and present proposals on infrastructure and process optimisation.
    • Compile monthly activity progress reports.
    • Populate specialised data reports for airline and airport community stakeholders.
    • Pax audit report.
    • Build, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.
    • Provide relevant and specialised technical support to relevant stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience will be required: 

    • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 is essential. 
    • 1-2 years’ relevant Operational experience is essential.
    • Driver’s License code B is essential
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    Operations Coordinator.INT ORT

    Key Performance Output 

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinator and will be responsible but not limited to the following: 

    •  Manage capacity through coordinating infrastructure maintenance and development projects to achieve a high level of infrastructure availability in a safe operating environment. 
    • Facilitate and regulate capacity for each process and highlight any pressure points in terms of passenger flow. 
    • Monitoring construction activities and the impact thereof on operational requirements, safety standards, security standards and service levels. 
    • Strive for continuous improvement with respect to the end-to-end process on behalf of operations. 
    • Detect, proactively monitor and manage events (deviation from the norm) in collaboration with other departments and implement remedial action. 
    • Analyse events and engage for a long-term solution for continuous improvement. 
    • Monitor and manage process and system efficiency within operations (queuing and processing times) and recommend/implement remedial action where needed. 
    • Analyse information to identify trends to ensure process and system efficiency. 
    • Ensure compliance to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP's, operational standards, policies and practices. 
    • Respond to audit findings and implement appropriate action. 
    • Direct and coordinate stakeholders to ensure passengers are processed efficiently. 
    • Participate in people development initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, talent management etc. to ensure team performance meet required standards. 
    • Provide input into departmental management reports. 
    • Report on operational performance and highlighting areas of material variances 
    • Direct and coordinate stakeholders to ensure passengers are processed efficiently.   
    • Build, support and maintain healthy diverse internal (peers, unions, team) as well as external (service providers etc.) relationships and implement remedial actions required to ensure achievement of organisational goals. 
    • Participate in the compilation of annual operational budgets and monitoring of expenditure against budget and amendments to forecast if needed. 

    Technical Skills and Experience 

    The following skills and experience will be required:  

    • Matric/ Grade 12 is essential.  
    • Diploma in relevant field is essential. 
    • Degree in relevant field is recommended. 
    • Certificate in Airport Operations is recommended.  
    • 4 years’ experience in Airport Operations or Operations is essential. 
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
    • Driver’s License code B.

    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Manager Spatial Portfolio, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Support to the economic modeler function in the preparation of the revenue models with the inputs related with the commercial practice.
    • Conduct research and benchmarking analysis for the determination of the best practices for overall portfolio and report the innovation on commercial products and revenue growth.

    • 3 to 5 years Product design and Innovation/ marketing strategy and airport operations management is recommended.
    • MS Office at intermediate level.
    • Code B;Motor vehicle licence
