Key Performance Areas: 

• An opportunity has arisen for a candidate to work with the Company on an intern basis. This will ideally suit a candidate who has just completed a relevant tertiary qualification and is seeking work experience or is studying towards the relevant tertiary qualification. The successful candidate will install, repair, upgrade and maintain computer software and hardware. Monitor and maintain servers and operate network systems. Provide technical support and assist users.

Position Requirements:

• Linux experience
• Experience in Wireless, Mikrotik Routers and Ubiquity’s (AP’s and Routers)
• Understanding of cabling and fibre technologies
• Windows Operating System Support
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently

Key Performance Areas: The individual occupying this position will :-

• Identify training requirements using skills assessments, in consultation with resort managers and regional managers
• Create and maintain updates to Standard Operating Procedures as the basis for training content development
• Create frameworks and programme outlines
• Design, develop and quality assess training material to ensure accurate, up to date and relevant content
• Plan, schedule and handle logistics for training sessions and workshops
• Conduct training using creative facilitation methodologies and techniques to ensure effective learning and development
• Keep management informed about progress of tasks, objectives, duties and responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

• Matric, with at least 2 years relevant experience in a training or facilitation environment.
• Train-the-Trainer / Facilitator Qualifications are preferred.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Must be able to write training content, supported by existing SOPs, for the purpose of course development.
• Must be able to facilitate face to face learning of the course content developed, to a wide audience ranging from managers to general service employees.
• Must be able to conduct skills assessments using appropriate assessment tools to evaluate and measure an individual’s competencies, abilities, and knowledge in relation to operational SOPs and job requirements.

Key Performance Areas:

• As a Food and Beverage stock controller, you are primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
• Additionally responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire resort.

Position Requirements:

• Responsible for overseeing, receiving issuing, storage and inventory
• Responsible for daily stock counts on various area/stock
• Responsible for proper document of all merchandise entering and leaving the store area
• Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas
• To report on variances and take follow up action
• Liaising with suppliers to negotiate best possible pricing
• Stock rotation
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and a good understanding of GAAP back office
