    Team Assistant, Supply & Legal

    Role Responsibilities:

    Executive Administration & Diary Management:

    • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of tasks for the HR, Legal, and Supply Directors.
    • Ensure effective coordination of meetings, workshops, and leadership engagements.
    • Prepare and distribute agendas, pre-read documents, and follow-up minutes for key meetings.

     Travel & Visitor Coordination:

    • Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation.
    • Act as the point of contact for international and local visitors, ensuring smooth business engagements.

    Financial & Procurement Administration:

    • Process purchase orders, manage budget tracking, and handle expense claims in SAP.
    • Conduct medical aid reconciliations and support Directors with financial documentation.

    Stakeholder & Communication Support:

    • Act as a liaison between the Directors and key internal/external stakeholders.
    • Manage correspondence, responding to emails and inquiries with professionalism.
    • Ensure communication is effectively cascaded within respective teams.

    Event & Meeting Support:

    • Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, team events, and executive offsites.
    • Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-up action.

    Consumer Planning Manager Premium Core

    Top Accountabilities

    • Leads the proactive identification and communication of opportunities for growth for categories and brand by ensuring consumer and cultural insight is at the heart of relevant strategies and executions. Ensure these opportunities are present in the Category/Brand Vision and Strategy, with compelling ideas for execution
    • Collaborate with the marketing teams to enable the creation and/or execution of outstanding growth drivers by unleashing deep consumer and cultural understanding in combination with previous learnings (on this and other brands)
    • Create a sustainable and vibrant consumer culture across the Brand/Category team by leading by example in having a deep immersion and expertise in not only the consumer, but specifically popular culture, to ensure that growth drivers are culturally resonant and the enable cultural traction and fame for the brand
    • Own and lead the Marketing Business Planning process: provide strategic leadership, insight/key learning throughout the annual planning process. This ranges from measuring and evaluating previous years’ activities, to providing consumer insight and inspiration, to facilitating workshops, to leading the category/brand team with an objective opinion on the key issues to be addressed and the way forward
    • Drive an M&E culture to ensure continuous review of growth driver implementation, performance and continuous improvement of brand building efforts
    • Own all stages of primary and secondary research, from methodology selection to vendor management to maintaining high standards of reporting to ensure learning is presented in an actionable, inspiring way. Make judgment on which information to use and the level of confidence people should have in using it. Importantly, ensure all research is compliant with our Responsible Research Policy.
    • Manage and leverage external research agency partners to derive maximum value of the data and insight they provide

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Degree
    • 5 years + experience in market research – ideally with both client-side and agency-side experience.  
    • Candidate must be comfortable with all types of methodology (continuous, ad hoc qual and quant)
    • Proactively Defines Growth Opportunities: Takes the lead in understanding consumer and market contexts, identifying opportunities and threats for brands across short and long-term horizons, and effectively communicates these insights.
    • Consumer Insight: Actively seeks innovative methods to engage with consumers by delving deeper into their motivations and understanding their evolving needs.
    • Strategic Planning: Develops robust plans and briefs grounded in a comprehensive understanding of consumers and market dynamics, with a sharp focus on driving profitable growth.
    • Working with Agencies: Maximizes the potential of ad hoc and continuous partners to optimize marketing strategies and executions.
    • Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Guides the business in selecting the most impactful growth drivers while discontinuing less effective strategies, ensuring resource allocation is aligned with strategic objectives.
