    Legal Claims Administrator

    Description

    • Process baggage and passenger liability claims;
    • Process non-aviation insurance claims: lost / damaged company property, motor accidents, group personal accident and travel insurance claims;
    • Process aviation related insurance claims;
    • Administer the company’s non-aviation insurance renewal.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);
    • Minimum of 3 years claims administration experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential);
    • Aviation and insurance related experience (Beneficial);
    • Willingness to work extended hours (including weekends) as and when required;
    • Willingness to travel as and when required.

    Manager: Human Resources

    HR Operations:

    • Implement overall HR strategies and initiatives in order to support current and future business needs;
    • Manage the overall HR administration function;
    • Oversee Employment Equity & Skills Development function.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee and manage complex HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timely completion.

    People Management

    • Lead and support the HR team by setting goals, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring optimal performance to meet business objectives.

    Employee Wellness

    • Oversee the Wellness portfolio.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Oversee service-level agreements and manage legal contracts with suppliers as required.

    Compliance and Governance

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements, oversee their implementation and compliance across the employee lifecycle, and manage risk through proactive identification, reporting, and mitigation.

    Reporting

    • Conduct and analyse reports to identify trends, drive efficiencies, and support informed decision-making by providing accurate and timely HR data in monthly updates to management.

    Requirements

    • Relevant Degree in Human Resources Management (or related field) (Essential);
    • 5 – 10 years’ relevant experience in a mid-sized organisation of which 3 years’ should be in a management role;
    • Mental health or Counselling related training or experience (Advantageous);
    • Travel is expected to destination airports as and when required;
    • Sound knowledge of Employment laws, practices Skills Development and Employment Equity;
    • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (preferable Sage People 300) and Microsoft office (with exceptional skills in Excel).

    Revenue Analyst

    Description

    • Optimize inventory by identifying early trends in high and low-demand periods and responding promptly;
    • Regularly analyse historical passenger behaviour, the competitive environment, seasonal trends and other factors influencing sales;
    • Report and provide feedback to management;
    • Working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives;
    • Regularly scrutinize airline market capacity and evaluate its applicability;
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions and identify potential revenue opportunities, particularly regarding competitor behaviour;
    • Assist with group fare decision making and quoting administration;
    • Assist with decision-making and provide administrative support for flight schedule loading.

    Requirements

    • B. Com or equivalent degree;
    • No aviation experience required;
    • At least 5 years in financial or similar role;
    • No criminal or bad credit record;
    • Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
    • Basic understanding of economics and finance;
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
    • Analytical ability of assembling information and drawing logical conclusions;
    • Comprehensive computer literacy;
    • Immaculate timekeeping.
