    Goods Checker

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality
    • Verify quantities, product codes, and descriptions against invoices or delivery notes
    • Check for damaged, missing, or incorrect items and report discrepancies
    • Ensure goods are properly labelled, tagged, and documented
    • Record and update stock movements in systems or logbooks
    • Coordinate with receiving, dispatch, and warehouse teams
    • Assist with loading and offloading of goods when required
    • Maintain accurate records of checked goods and discrepancies
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
    • Always follow health and safety regulations
    • Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure
    • Conduct spot checks and assist with stock counts or audits
    • Communicate issues promptly to supervisors or relevant departments
    • Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained for different types of goods
    • Support loss prevention by identifying irregularities or potential risks

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

    • Grade 10–12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
    • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
    • Ability to read and understand invoices, delivery notes, and stock documents
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Basic computer skills (data entry, scanners, or warehouse systems)

    Order Picker

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pick items accurately according to order lists or scanner instructions
    • Locate products in the warehouse using bin locations or system guidance
    • Pack and label orders for dispatch
    • Verify product codes, quantities, and condition before shipping
    • Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
    • Maintain high accuracy to reduce errors and returns
    • Replenish stock in picking areas when needed
    • Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
    • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
    • Handle goods carefully to prevent damage
    • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or trolleys
    • Always follow health and safety procedures
    • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
    • Meet daily productivity and performance targets
    • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
    • Assist with returns and restocking when required
    • Complete basic documentation and order records 

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
    • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
    • Ability to read and understand picking lists or digital instructions
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy
    • Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods
    • Basic computer or scanner (RF device) skills.

    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
    •  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    •  Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
    •  Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
    •  Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
    •  Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    •  Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses

    The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-disciplined, and able to work independently while managing a designated sales territory. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential.
    • Minium of 2 years' experience in sales.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing or a related field will be advantageous.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the stationery or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

    Die Cut Machine Operator

    Description

    • Ensure that the job card is followed as per job specifications.
    • Ensure that raw materials for the job card are available.
    • Machine Operator should switch on main isolator switch and switch on the mail run switch.
    • Job specification/pile must be loaded onto pallet and transferred onto machine panel for pile up.
    • Set up and operate die cutting machines according to job specifications
    • Load raw materials (paperboard, Board Sheet, plastic, etc.) into the machine
    • Install and align dies accurately for precise cutting.
    • Monitor machine performance during production.
    • Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and quality standards.
    • Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report major faults.
    • Complete production logs and documentation.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience operating die cutting or similar machinery preferred
    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to read job tickets, technical drawings, and measurements
    • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
    • Attention to detail and quality control focus
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Willingness to work shifts or overtime if required
