    Showroom Manager

    Minimum requirements

    • National Senior Certificate, certificate or diploma in sales and marketing or a related field (advantageous), minimum 5 years sales experience in a retail environment or similar role, and minimum 2 years people management experience.

    Minimum requirements

    • National Senior Certificate, Degree in business development, business management or business administration is an advantage, Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing is an advantage, Valid driver’s license,

    Minimum requirements

    • High school diploma is required, an advanced qualification in interior design, marketing, or a related field preferred, detailed knowledge of the product and industry preferred,

    • stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continually refresh and improve visual merchandising strategies, manage and maintain the visual presentation standards throughout the store, ensuring that displays are consistently organized, well-stocked, and visually engaging, work closely with store management to understand sales goals and merchandise priorities,
    • adjusting visual displays accordingly to meet and exceed targets, train and educate store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and techniques, fostering a consistent and visually appealing environment,
    • conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts, participate in store set-up and resets, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of new merchandise displays and promotions, act as a brand ambassador, maintain awareness of store layout and traffic flow, optimizing visual displays to enhance customer navigation and encourage product discovery,
    • assist in planning and executing special events or promotions that require unique visual presentations, uphold and enforce visual merchandising guidelines, monitor and manage inventory of visual merchandising supplies, proactively ordering materials as needed, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and elevate the visual merchandising strategy, keeping the brand fresh and exciting for customers.
