Role Responsibilities:

• Cyber Security subject matter expert
• Ensure that customer requirements are understood, detailed solutions are designed, and responses are prepared
• Understand and apply Cyber Security industry best practices, as well as related methodologies and processes that are needed in support
• Technical and nontechnical writeups aligned to the Cyber Security templates and standards
• Speak to or recommend solutions and services in line to customer requirements
• Responsible to respond to RFI/RFB/RFP tender requirements
• Recommend appropriate architecture standards and implementation of technical Cyber Security solutions
• Present the value proposition of Liquid Cyber Security solutions and services to the customers in a consultative manner, including relevant presentations
• Conduct technical and nontechnical consultations with customers
• Facilitate demand creation workshops and assessments with customers
• Provide Cyber Security training to Liquid Cyber Security SSS’s and Key Account Managers (KAM’s)
• Stay in touch with the latest leading and evolving Cyber Security technology solutions and services
• Ensure selfdevelopment and that relevant Sales and presales vendor certifications are up to date, also technical vendor certifications where so required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Suitable degree in IT, Engineering, Security or related field and PostGraduate Essential
• Must have Cyber Security vendor certifications / qualifications, both technical and presalesPreferred
• Must have industryacknowledged information security or Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAFEssential

Experience:

6-10 years experience in:

• Evidence of presales activities and proposal writing, including tender responses-Essential
• Demonstrable experience in architecting complex security projects/programmes-Essential
• Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multisystem problems-Essential
• Extensive experience in architecting enterprise security solutions-Essential
• Experience of working in a close Agile/Scrum team-Essential
• Indepth knowledge of IT and/or Telecoms technology architecture domains and how security is applied for networks, endpoints, servers, databases, applications, Cloud, OT, IOT, etc-.Essential

Key Performance Area

Data Centre Design Managemeant

• Accountable for specific design elements of the data centre.
• Responsible for professional team technical supervision and their deliverables for all data centre infrastructure projects
• Accountable for design coordination between all trades

Data Centre Construction

• Responsible for quality inspection of the facility 
• Responsible to list all defects and snags identified during construction and at project completion.    
• Responsible for construction compliance to (approved) design  

Data Centre Commissioning and Testing

• Responsible to set and communicate the Commissioning and Testing standards to all parties involved in a project. 
• Witness and sign off all commissioning stages (from Level 1 to level 5)

Data Centre Technical handover to Operations

• Prepare and coordinate all trainings for Operations team
• Review, comment and sign off all Operations and maintenance manuals.

Team player / Communication

• Responsible for the delivery of effective communications between the operations, the project team and professional design team
• Responsible for in house sales technical support

Formal Qualifications Required

• Mechanical Engineering  
• Professionally registered

Job Related Experience Required

• 5 years' experience in Data Centre design & delivery
• 5 years' experience with M&E project design & delivery
• Experience in an operational mission critical environment
