    Project Administrator

    General Description:

    • Administrate and coordinate various aspects of renewable projects during the Transactions Phase.

    Responsibilities:

    General Responsibilities:

    • Offer general coordination support to the Transactions team;
    • Foster a close working relationship with other Red Rocket teams and external stakeholders; and
    • Support the Transactions team on the implementation of the Transactions procedure.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and set up multi-stakeholder meetings;
    • Support in managing supplier and advisor engagements;
    • Load and track payments on the Sage system to ensure suppliers and advisors are paid timeously;
    • Manage externally shared data rooms;
    • Assist in due diligence reviews, including the monitoring of information lists and uploading of documentation to data rooms;
    • Support on the execution of Transactions phase documentation;
    • Prepare project investment memoranda on PowerPoint;
    • Prepare flowcharts and financial close process diagrams; 
    • Manage the Sharepoint filing of Transaction phase documentation and support on handovers of documentation to Asset Management;
    • Support on Conditions Precedent (CP) Checklists.

    Minimum Educational Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in Commerce (or similar) and/or Project Management qualification
    • Grade 12 Certificate

    Minimum Previous Experience:

    • South African citizen is preferred.

    Other Skills:

    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
    • Strong teamwork skills;
    • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

    Responsibilities:

    • Impeccable attention to detail with a keen eye for creativity and design excellence.
    • Crafting versatile visual elements that can adapt across a wide range of media and project types, including brand identities, communication campaigns, social media posts, multipage documents, presentations, fact sheets, brochures, and exhibits.
    • Developing story-driven data visualizations to support projects with clarity and impact.
    • Providing strategic guidance on web and print design, working seamlessly with corporate identity standards and style guides.
    • Proactively managing schedules and tasks, balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
    • Design execution and refinement, including layout design, artwork amendments, and creating innovative templates and designs.
    • Responding to feedback, making design corrections, and ensuring stakeholder approvals are effectively managed.
    • Streamlining processes and systems, maintaining and improving filing systems, and developing new workflows for the team.
    • Photography audits and visual content assessments to align with the brand identity.
    • Improving communications, including emails, reports, and ad hoc tasks.
    • Time management and planning, ensuring all deliverables meet structured lead times and deadlines.

    Minimum Educational Qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Arts 
    • Multimedia qualifications 
    • Proven proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite , InDesign, advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with Google Workspace and SharePoint/MS Teams.

    Minimum Previous Experience:

    • Previous experience in creative spaces and working independently.
    • Positive energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution of smaller tasks.
    • A toolkit of proven methods and approaches, shaped by practical experience.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural curiosity to drive innovation.
    • Knowledge of design thinking, UX, or other contemporary design disciplines will be valuable.

    Other Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Collaborative team player with the independence to self-start and take initiative.
