Key Responsibility Area 

• Establishment of design standards and governance. 
• Develop concepts, designs and a wide variety of graphic art deliverables that reflect clients’ internal and external campaigns’ needs and that fit within their existing brand standards. 
• Ensure that all deliverables are achieved upon the agreed time frames and are efficient to obtain maximum results. 
• Collaborate internally as well as with relevant external where necessary stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms. 
• Meet internal and external (where necessary) stakeholders and marketing colleagues to discuss their needs, objectives and advise suitable designs adhering to a SITA’s brand identity and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3-Year National Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Web Design, or related discipline equivalent to NQF Level 6. 
• Certification: Certificate in User Experience Design (UXD) will be an added advantage. 
• Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience in graphic design with high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications. This should include experience in digital, interactive, mobile, web, responsive, interface, or user experience design. Experience in Adobe XD, InVision, UXPin or opensource equivalent design tools full range of UX experience including user research, persona creation, prototyping and wireframes, final user interface design, information architecture, and user testing 2-3 years’ experience in motion graphic design and video editing. The candidate must be part of creative aspects of a project and must be able to engage with clients, be knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and InDesign. Ability to interpret and communicating design briefs.

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Design and implement security standards and procedures in systems and security policies and guidelines for all system security processes. 
• Secures assets in the information system by defining and addressing possible and real security problems. 
• Conduct, monitor and maintain threat and vulnerability assessments on a regular basis to minimize associated risk and improve the security capabilities within operational implementation, such as ICT infrastructure linked to SITA managed networks. 
• Manage implementation of information security awareness and training programmes for employees and clients. 
• Coordinate ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security controls and services aligned to the cyber security framework, policies, standards and procedures.  

Qualifications and Experience 

• Required Qualification: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Network Management or a relevant discipline NQF level 6 qualification. 
• Certification: Professional IT security management certification e.g. CISSP ITIL Foundation, CoBit Foundation or CISM, GIAC, CCNP, ISACA CRISC CCSP: Certified Cloud Security Professional Advanced certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP and/or SIEM specific training and certification will be an advantage. Certified information system security professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Management (CISM), would be an added advantage. 
• Experience: 6 - 7 years ICT Infrastructure or application development experience including IT Security working experience.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Leads Code Reviews for accuracy and functionality, participate in suggesting and supporting coding best practices and provide feedback on code quality. 
• Supervision of the Software development team. 
• Provide maintenance and enhancement support of the existing systems. 
• Implementation, debugging, documentation and release of the software solutions. 
• Lead the design and development of new features for the software systems, and improvement of the existing ones. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: Minimum 3-yearNational Diploma in IT / Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant qualification equivalent to NQF Level 6. 
• Experience:6-7 years’ experience JAVA software development lifecycle (SLDC), WebSphere Portal, WebSphere MQ IBM Rational Business Developer, Rational Application Developer forz/OS, PL/SQL, Oracle 12, including solution development, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation. The experience must include: Good solid programming Skills and understanding of the JAVA Basic language is required. Experience in Database and other technologies will be an advantage. Experience in solution analysis, and development for the development, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of systems within the corporate/public sector, including: Successfully developed and implemented applications Software development team leadership competency Software development deliverable effort planning, estimations and execution management Developed efficient and effective IT solutions to diverse and complex business problems. Extensive experience with a wide variety of database management systems and maintenance. Extensive experience with a wide variety of programming languages and technologies. Extensive experience with working on multiple tasks and report status. Experience in interacting with customers.

• Lead the development of functional requirements that articulate clear and concise project deliverables that are compatible with user expectations. 
• Deliver feasibility and cost-benefit analysis, including choice of application architecture to enhance the overall application development process. 
• Lead and execute complex software development and customisation projects spanning multiple environments to ensure that it is successfully delivered. 
• Lead and develop/ customise complex applications services solutions by studying information needs; consulting with clients, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle using SITAs software development stack/ development framework. 
• Lead and execute maintenance of integrated IT software components using SITAs software development stack/ development framework. 

Qualifications and Experience

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Troubleshoot calls logged on a call logging system on faults reported by clients, using the particular application to ensure the availability of the application. 
• Do functional user acceptance/system testing under supervision against the test plan to ensure functionality of the application 
• Provide advice or training to users about the application systems functionality with support and supervision to ensure optimal functionality of applications. 
• Update relevant user procedure manuals/Online Help and/or equivalent documentation under supervision to ensure accurate information on the application is available to the user 
• Provide Information Support to clients and supervisors. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Required Qualification: 1 - 2-year National Certificate in a Information Technology / NQF level 5 or accredited specialised courses.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Manage the execution of EUC Infrastructure Implementation strategy and ensure consistent implementation of the Infrastructure Implementation operational plan, new IT solutions requests, standards, policies and processes across SITA.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Design, plan, implement, and sustain the Converged Communication infrastructure architecture in order to ensure technical performance, availability and stability. 
• Ensure sustainability in service delivery for Converged Communication provisioning technology architecture. 
• Coordinate procurement of converged communication services or goods. 
• Conduct research and benchmark when designing and implementing technical solutions. 
• Facilitate the implementation of new or enhancement technology.  

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3 - Year National Diploma/Degree in IT or Engineering related field (Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering (L/C). at least NQF level 6 or a verified / certified alternative equivalent @ NQF Level 6CCNP or CCDP Enterprise plus CCIE Written Exam and TOGAF will be an added advantage. 
• Experience: 7 - 8 years’ experience in the provision of ICT solutions, within a Large Enterprise, Service Provider or Public Sector environment.
