• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric
• Food and Beverage Certificate is an advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Barista
• English (Grade 12) comprehension and writing skills to:
• Understand requisitions and work instructions
• Converse with customers and service providers
• Completing HR staff records
• Basic numeracy skills, including:
• Conducting basic reports
• Minimum literacy level of NQF Level ABET 4 (preferably higher)

Duties (not an exhaustive list):

• Teach individual clarinet and saxophone lessons across a wide range of levels, from beginner to advanced
• Teach two 30-minute clarinet rotation classes, introducing and developing foundational woodwind skills
• Prepare pupils for international ABRSM / Trinity College London examinations (Grades 1–5)
• Manage lesson-related administration effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the supportive, team-focused ethos of the music department
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of woodwind repertoire, technique, and engaging, age-appropriate teaching methodologies

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Music Degree, licentiate, or higher-level qualification in woodwind (clarinet and/or saxophone)
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching clarinet and/or saxophone
• The ability to teach both instruments confidently would be advantageous

• Teach Educational Technology / Digital Literacy lessons from Grades 3–7
• Develop students’ digital literacy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Introduce age-appropriate technology skills, including basic coding, robotics and digital creativity
• Teach digital discernment skills such as evaluating information, understanding bias and responsible use of AI-generated content
• Promote safe, responsible and ethical use of technology and digital platforms
• Introduce foundational concepts of Artificial Intelligence, including how AI tools can support learning, creativity and inquiry
• Support teachers in integrating technology and AI meaningfully into lesson design, differentiation, feedback and assessment
• Support the effective use of learning platforms, educational apps and classroom technologies
• Collaborate closely with academic staff to enhance teaching and learning experiences
• Stay informed about current trends, research and best practices in educational technology and AI in education 

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Teaching Qualification
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience
• Knowledge of Educational Technology, Digital Literacy, Coding and Robotics
• An understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented by AI in education
• SACE Registration
• The ability to coach boys’ sports would be an advantage
