    Hybrid Sales Representative - Western Cape

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities

    Sales & promotion of PHC product portfolio

    • Implement marketing strategy.
    • Execute promotional grid & MS&P strategy.
    • Achieve sales targets within the framework of the agreed budget.
    • Analysis of all available Sales and Recommendation data in order to devise action plans within representative reporting area.
    • Engage in Pre-call planning and post-call analysis to ensure high impact during sales call utilizing trained sales skills optimally.
    • Consistent feedback to RSM/NSM, Brand & MS&P team on risks & opportunities identified.
    • Able to track ROI on promotional activities and spend.

    Achieve all KPI’s as defined with regards to Territory management

    • Veeva CRM utilization
    • Coverage, Frequency & Call rate targets to be achieved
    • Updating customer record database.

    Commitment to Stewardship & Compliance requrements

    • Complete assigned trainings as required.
    • Complete all E-Learnings.

    Job Qualifications

    • Tertiary education is preferred
    • Sales experience in similar capacity
    • Minimum 2 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

    Responsibilities of the role

    • Participate as a critical member of a cross-functional team in one of our Organizational Units (like Business or Market) to deliver a new service or technology to market.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years Media experience preferably in FMCG environment
    • Leader who are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
    • Have an external focus and a real passion for Purchasing / Marketing & Finance
    • Analytical Skills - Demonstrate ability to visualize, articulate concepts and solve problems, and make or influence decisions that make sense based on available information. Apply logical thinking to collecting and analyzing information, crafting and testing solutions to problems, and formulating plans.
    • Ownership and Leadership - Ability to recognize strategic opportunities and be able to enroll others in progressive thinking to get results. Ability to influence across functional boundaries (Brand Managers, Finance, Legal, Operations, Purchases) to develop and deliver strategy and relationship management action plans to achieve outstanding results.
    • Ability to Build and Sustain Relationships - Demonstrate ability to lead high-level interactions with internal business partners, suppliers and agencies, working effectively across functions, geographies and cultures. Must be able to establish links and influence others via excellent social skills, despite many remote relationships. You will invest significant time/effort to handle supplier relationship(s), development of supplier relationship management strategies and execution of joint business plans.
