    Sales Executive

    Job Description:

    • In this role, you’ll engage with customers across the UK needing to move larger items or full house moves, selling the benefits of the company’s services. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, closing sales, and exceeding targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and sell tailored moving solutions.
    • Build strong customer relationships, upsell, and close deals effectively.
    • Manage warm leads and consistently meet sales targets (call volume, conversion rates, and revenue).
    • Work closely with your manager to refine sales strategies.
    • Provide insights on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Passion for sales with proven experience in call centre sales, especially with international customers (UK experience is a plus).
    • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
    • Strong rapport-building and active listening skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Resilience, a positive attitude, and strong organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
    • A proactive, high-energy individual who gets things done.
    • Must be able to commute to the office in the CBD.

    Paid Media Manager

    Overview:

    • A human-centric digital marketing agency that emphasizes brand development, is in search of a Paid Media Manager. To excel in this role you should have relevant experience in Paid Ads Management, with a strong focus on Facebook/Meta and Google Ads. The role is 85% Social Ads Management and 15% Google Ads Management.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Daily campaign management and optimisation (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance)
    • Monthly media planning
    • Troubleshooting paid ads issues
    • Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports
    • Onboarding new paid ads accounts
    • Send paid invoices to clients
    • Ad copy editing
    • Campaign budget management
    • Lead Generation Campaign Management
    • eCommerce Campaign Management

    Requirements:

    • Relevant Tertiary qualification
    • Knowledge of tracking requirements for conversion and app ads
    • Facebook/Meta Blueprint Certification
    • Google Ads Certifications
