    RECURRENT

    • Responsible for the coordination of an effective Induction and Onboarding Program for new employees.

    Clinical Support Specialist, Sports Medicine

    • The  Tenders and  Pricing intern  will be  responsible for:
    • Manage all tender and pricing related activities
    • Manage the identification, co-ordination, preparation and submission of Tender and RFQ documentation      
    • Respond to ongoing internal and external customer enquiries regarding contracts and pricing
    • Formulary tendering and submissions, actively manage the database
    • Perform all associated Management Reporting.

    Duties / responsibilities 

    • Sourcing of Tender opportunities
    • Maintain a database of all tender and RFQ activities
    • Respond to all RFQ’s, RFI’s, and tender requests
    • Coordinate customer queries and manage timelines
    • General assistance/guidance to branches/regions on tenders and RFQ’s
    • Identify tender specifications for circulation to the relevant commercial team members
    • Gather the necessary information from internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of completed tender and RFQ documents
