    Regional Sales Manager - ADS

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Co-ordinate all communication with the Product Company regarding product specifications, applications, forecasting and production scheduling to ensure the availability of product within the delivery time.
    • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of competitor information including equipment specifications, market activities and market share.
    • Meet and exceed the customer’s expectations on problem resolutions.
    • Support the sales force in their selling efforts. This will include the preparation of quotations, product application studies, tenders and sales support material.

    Competences, Skills & Experience:

    • 5 - 8 years exposure to the sales and business development environments of the drilling industry
    • Sound knowledge of Surface drills and their applications.
    • Proven track record in sales of Surface Drilling product lines.
    • Team management expertise.
    • A complete and thorough knowledge of company values and their ability to promote them both internally as well as externally.
    • Good internal and external communication skills and customer focused.
    • Computer literate.
    • A proven self-starter who requires within well-defined guidelines, limited supervision.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across the country as required by business development.
    • Valid code 08 driver’s licence.

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Grade 12

    Product Specialist - Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV)

    Mission:  

    • This position is to promote the technical support and communication flow, technical service and competence of the Boomer - Boltec - LHD equipment within Epiroc. To ensure Customer Satisfaction during the contract period, through the cognizance of machine performance, and availability, including operating costs, and the safety of employees as well as the efficiency of labour

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Installation & Commissioning of underground Diesel equipment
    • Troubleshooting and technical assistance on Underground drilling / Bolting / Hauling equipment
    • Optimize Drilling & Bolting application according to underground environment
    • Assist on right drilling tools and GET are used to ensure optimum drilling / hauling performance
    • Ensure all pressure and RCS setting are aligned to mining application
    • To ensure equipment performance and high equipment availability,
    • Conduct regular machine audits / daily inspections
    • Assist customer in Schedule and Preventive and back log maintenance 
    • Assist customer in Workshop repair jobs
    • Attend Breakdown Calls
    • Assist in Maintenance and critical parts planning
    • Conduct operator and maintenance staff training and evolution
    • Share best practises and assist Operator in drilling / Bolting / Hauling application
    • Implementation of Technical Service Bulletin / Modification as and when applicable
    • Process Warranty claims as and when applicable
    • Perform RigScan on scheduled intervals
    • Coordinate with Technical Team at head office
    • Build strong relationships with our customers
    • Commissioning of machines
    • Pre-delivery service, some in workshop and on site

    Educational Qualification:

    • Technical qualification (Trade Test)
    • Experience on underground TMM equipment.

    Financial Controller

    Purpose of the Job         

    • Responsible for the financial procedures leading up to and including preparation of the financial management accounts. Responsible for general day to day financial administration.

    Qualification Requirement

    • B.Com Honours degree with extensive experience in similar positions.
    • Qualification/ Experience in cost accounting a strong advantage.
    • Extensive experience of at least 10 years in an accounting environment.
    • Efficiency on Microsoft Office and Accounting packages. (M3 experience an advantage).
    • Computer literacy.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Monthly reviewing and analysing of expenses as per BI report.
    • Ensuring correct entry of journals into Syspro and correct GL account allocations of all income and expense.
    • Checking that BI agrees to Syspro before uploading to ECS for group reporting.
    • Calculation of monthly Sales and COGS journal between IMP and NCM for processing.
    • Calculation of monthly royalty and recovery amounts.
    • Ensuring that all journals are posted timeously by the ATR specialists as well as reviewing the BI report for completeness.
    • Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset register with the help of the ATR specialists, by ensuring that all new additions are capitalized and all disposals accounted for.
    • Resolving of balance sheet differences with ATR specialists such as accrual accounts and old provisions not released.
    • Preparation of accounts for financial year-end audit with the assistance of the ATR specialists.
    • Management of the functions of the debtor’s clerk as well as the maintenance of the Accounts Receivable module. Ensuring debtors collections are within the company’s credit limits and terms.
    • Management of the Procure to Pay (PtP) team. Reviewing of AP ageing monthly to ensure all creditors paid as per set payment terms.  Working closely with PtP to ensure timeous and accurate creditor payments ensuring the smooth receipt of critical supplies. 
    • Monthly submission of PAYE, UIF and SDL returns by 07th of the month as per SARS requirements.
    • Management of bank accounts including current and call accounts and authorization of payments.
    • Responsible for enforcement of discipline if required for the staff reporting to this position as well as evaluation of the staff and recommendations for training.

    Customer Manager - RGD

    Mission

    • To maintain and increase market share and profitability, support the company’s policies and procedures, receivables, stock holding, sales targets, territory management and customer support. 
    • The Role will be based in Steelpoort.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with customers regarding product related queries. (claims / non-performance)

    Competences, Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years exposure to the sales and business development environments of the drilling / mining industry
    • U/G mining drilling experience. (supervisory level, i.e. shift supervisor / Drill Master or blasting ticket)
    • Extensive rock tools knowledge.
    • Knowledge of correct applications of products.
    • Require medical fitness certificates.
    • Ability to write detailed and comprehensive reports (monthly)
    • Able to work without supervision and be a team player.
    • Good communication skills and customer focused and be presentable on all levels.
    • Computer Literacy
    • Valid driver’s license.

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualifications in engineering and / or commerce or business administration will be highly regarded.
