Key responsibilities:
Content creation and curation:
- Develop, schedule, and publish compelling content across multiple social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics, aligned with brand messaging.
Social media strategy development:
- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives, including audience growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Community management:
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer concerns.
Data analysis and reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
Campaign management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
Trend monitoring:
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
Brand consistency:
- Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's brand identity and voice across platforms.
Copy Writing:
- Compelling copy for every product we make.
Marketing calendar:
- Creation and implementation
Online store materials:
- Video, animation, reels etc
Photo Shoots:
- For online content and online store.
Retail Window:
- Instore integrated campaigns
Retail sales incentives and sales training materials:
Music for Store:
- Updating music that fits the brand.
eCommerce channels:
- Updating look feel of online store – web banners etc.
Collaboration:
- Work with other marketing teams, designers, and stakeholders to coordinate social media activities and align with overall marketing goals.
Required skills
Excellent writing and communication skills:
- Ability to craft engaging copy and effectively communicate with diverse audiences across social media platforms.
Visual design understanding:
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.
Analytical skills:
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Digital marketing knowledge:

As a Assistant Designer you will:
- Ensure the product is brand vision is aligned with the marketplace opportunity
- Identify external product marketplace trends across all relevant Product Elements
- Curate the seasonal interpretation of our brand vision through the lens of our Product Elements
- Ensure that each style executes on the creative vision across all relevant Product Elements
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Assistant Designer has:
- A commitment to learn and apply Kingsley Heath's Business and People Leadership principles
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
- Proven skills, education design, and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
- Technical skills and construction expertise in fashion design.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value and drive the business
- A sense of urgency executing job responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work
- An ability to identify, evaluate, and suggest business opportunities for today and tomorrow, considering top line and bottom line impacts
- An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate and ability to bring learnings in-house to further enhance the business
- An understanding of Kingsley Heath's brand, aesthetic and style fundamentals and is engaged in trends and cultural influences
