Core Description

To engage business to understand their requirements for new applications and amendments/ enhancements to existing applications, solutions, platforms. The primary role is to design solutions that meet the user requirement specifications in compliance to the IT Enterprise Architecture.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Align Business, Data, Application, Infrastructure and Security Architecture domains in the development of IT solutions.
• Develop IT solutions which encompass both functional and non-functional components across multiple elements of the enterprise.
• Align business requirements to proposed solution architectures.
• Document the design which reflects the extraction, structure and detailed analysis of the solution.
• Map or align the proposed business solution onto various frameworks including application, data, integration, process, security, legal, compliance, risk management etc.
• Conduct gap analysis including source to target mapping.
• Present the proposed solution design to peers, IT, Governance Forums, Business stakeholders and Executives for review and approvals.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience. Experience in the Telecommunications, Data Centre industry sector would be beneficial. Experience in Agile methodology and a track record of participation in large scale successful data architecture implementations is required.

Core Description

As a Specialist Software Developer focusing on Cloud Application development within the Industrial IoT environment, you will continuously add value to the interface between our edge and cloud computing. You will contribute directly to solutions that enable content and collect critical performance and machine data. As an important part of the software engineering team, you will help create our IoT and cloud focused solutions.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Software Development and support of solutions within the IoT and OT space
• Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, maintain and improve software solutions mainly built on Azure, Azure IoT and other IoT/Cloud stacks/technologies
• Help build and maintain cloud and other applications related to IoT/OT use-cases including data integration, working with and developing API’s, building data templates, digital twin applications, etc.

Core Description

Install, monitor, test and maintain cloud and infrastructure solutions. To provide specialised technical support (technology specific) and guidance through high level analysis, diagnosis and problem solving. This includes support, installation, implementation of IT systems for client specific projects 

Typically, will play a key role developing new business and take full responsibility for the full solution response of proposal preparation 

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Acts as the customer facing interface between Customer/Account and 3rd parties  
• Be first point of escalating for service delivery complaints (all priority levels) with support teams  
• Oversees Service Management, Service Operations & Service Reviews to meet service standards in line with service level agreements and drive continuous service improvement  
• Manage Due Diligence reports and Proposals for new clients 
• Assist in the recommendation of product sets and define the go-to-market strategy supportive of company strategies. 
• Active support and maintenance of SCCM/Intune/Patch Management /Altiris and Microsoft End point Manager solution and infrastructure in aligned to defined levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed service level agreements, service level parameters or contracts. From service transition, for the duration of the service agreement until migration or decommissioning,  
• Create and maintain technical infrastructure standards & procedure.  
• Evaluate operational compliance and assist in audit reviews.  
• Participate in technical design and assist in defining thresholds for monitoring and support.   
• Actively identify any contribute or manage of risk. 
• Collaborate and strive to optimise engagement between BCX Divisions and establish and enhance relationships with customers and vendors.
