    Spa Coordinator – The Kingdom

    Key Performance Areas:

    • The Beekman Group is seeking a professional and service-driven Spa Coordinator to join our Body Bliss Day Spa operations. This is a front-of-house, non-treatment role responsible for coordinating daily spa operations, optimising guest experience, and supporting commercial performance.
    • This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly organised, guest-centric, and confident in managing bookings, sales, stock, and team coordination within a premium hospitality environment.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Manage all telephonic, online, and walk-in spa enquiries professionally and timeously
    • Coordinate and confirm client bookings via spa booking systems
    • Provide accurate information on treatments, products, and promotions
    • Ensure a seamless end-to-end guest journey
    • Drive retail and treatment sales in line with monthly targets
    • Support upselling initiatives and promotional campaigns
    • Maintain high merchandising and display standards
    • Maintain optimal stock levels for retail and treatment products
    • Conduct stock counts, manage variances, and control wastage
    • Place supplier orders and manage deliveries and stock rotation
    • Ensure accurate capturing on booking and POS systems
    • Manage daily cash-ups and POS reconciliations
    • Prepare and submit operational reports (mid-month and month-end)
    • Support financial controls and internal compliance requirements
    • Coordinate daily therapist schedules and booking allocations
    • Prepare duty rosters to ensure adequate operational coverage

    • Stock control and cash handling experience
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends

    Creditors Clerk – Dikhololo Resort

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the recording of financial transactions for designated establishments as well as responsible for compiling and maintaining creditors and stock records.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Capture creditor invoices on Pastel or other software available, matching to purchase orders.
    • Ensure valid authorization by the authorizations team and management.
    • Record creditors invoices to the correct expense account & cost centres
    • Prepare creditor reconciliations in respect of creditor statements & payments.
    • Submit supplier payments within agreed terms of credit.
    • Verify and follow up on creditor invoices, statements, and payments.
    • Record opening and closing stock journals.
    • Compare and analyse cost of sales captured to resort submissions.
    • Record payments in the financial system
    • Reconcile and balance cash books.
    • Reconcile and balance inter-company accounts.
    • Review general ledger.
    • Provide periodic reports and reconcile supporting schedules as directed from time to time.
    • Maintain a filing system in respect of accounting data, records, contracts, and invoices.
    • Archive documents

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • 3 years relevant working experience.
    • Sound & working knowledge of Pastel, MS Office, Excel etc. is essential.
    • Excellent communication and organisation skills both written and verbal.
    • Sound knowledge of computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
    • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

    Reservations Consultant

    • We are looking for self-driven, sales-oriented Reservations Consultant to assist our Members with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ queries, making travel suggestions. Handling queries via phone, email, social media and/or face-to-face consultation as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes.
    • To be successful as a Reservations Consultant, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. An individual that is self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
    • The primary focus of the role is to make various types of reservations. This is accomplished by handling queries via phone, written or face to face meetings as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes which will ensure the achievement of multiple individual, team and departmental goals across a multitude of product lines.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Commit to The Beekman Way (an internal Group programme to work together cohesively and towards a common goal, focusing on the customer by going out of one’s way to meet customer needs).
    • Attend to client queries & reservations in accordance within SLA metrics, including but not limited to:
    • Query turnaround time
    • Customer service survey
    • Production
    • Achieve targets as provided by department manager.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to general client queries.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Matric with 2 years relevant Call Centre experience
    • Experience working in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Transfer Consultant

    • We are looking for a Transfer Consultant to manage the end-to-end administration of timeshare and points ownership transfers, including Estate Late transfers, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
    • The role involves verifying documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, updating ownership records, and processing transfer-related financial transactions. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a professional, empathetic approach are essential, particularly when dealing with deceased estates.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Facilitate and complete transfer of ownership
    • Identify monies received and process
    • Resolve queries and advise clients regarding transfers (written and verbal)
    • Maintain and build relationship with current and new Members  
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English

    • An understanding of legal wording of transfer documents

    Resort Manager – Waterberg Game Park

    Key Performance Areas:

    • This role is responsible for managing staff & handling all aspects of the resort & associated facilities.  
    • Ensure that regular maintenance of the resort is carried out effectively.
    • Interact with guests.  
    • Monitor budgets & process relevant documentation.
    • The successful candidate must be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
    • Handling of guest related queries, online booking platforms and various booking periods.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience

    • 5 years’ experience in a Resort Manager Position
    • Previous experience with Timeshare
    • Must have HR & IR experience to deal with staff
    • Be deadline orientated & have ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent decision-making skills
    • Un-endorsed Code 08 driver’s license
    • Above average computer literacy
    • General maintenance knowledge / background
    • Food & Beverage experience will be an advantage
