    IT Business Analyst

    Minimum Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Analysis, or related field (preferred).
    • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT or Business Analysis.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments.
    • Proficient in data analysis and knowledgeable about business functional areas.
    • Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
    • Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
    • Previous experience in IT or Business Analysis roles is advantageous.

    Health & Beauty Buyer

    What we’re looking for:

    • A minimum of 5 years' current buying experience, within the Health & Beauty category within retail/FMCG/wholesale environments (non-negotiable)
    • A relevant 3-year degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Marketing (advantageous)
    • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, promotions, and category performance
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
    • Experience in systems such as SAP (advantageous)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

    What you’ll be responsible for:

    • Leading national and regional supplier trade meetings and negotiations

    • Collaborating with demand planning and ensuring store execution excellence

    HR Clerk - BDC

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Essential)
    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources (Preferred)
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in an HR role)
    • Previous experience in an HR role (Preferred)
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Understanding of HR policies and procedures, particularly regarding time & attendance and leave management
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of attendance, leave, overtime, and clocking reports.
    • Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of clocking machines to resolve any issues promptly.
    • Act as a liaison between the distribution centre and head office.
    • Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs including new engagements, terminations, unpaid leave, transfers, and other relevant data.
    • Support HR in maintaining accurate staff structures.
    • Assist in sourcing replacements for terminations and absenteeism.
    • Provide assistance throughout the recruitment process as required.
    • Ensure employee files are updated and assist with various HR-related queries.

    Retail Facilitator/Assessor

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of retail work experience; supervisory or managerial experience is advantageous
    • Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Retail, Human Resources, or Management
    • Registered Assessor with W&R SETA (Wholesale & Retail Sector Education and Training Authority) – advantageous
    • At least 1 year of experience as a facilitator and assessor
    • Knowledge of SETA and QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations) processes and requirements
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to facilitate both in-person and online learning sessions

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct facilitation sessions (both in-person and online) for retail NQF Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications
    • Complete assessments for retail NQF Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in accordance with SETA and QCTO standards
    • Mentor and manage learner progress to ensure successful completion of learnerships
    • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on all facilitation and assessment activities
    • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to improve learning interventions and learner outcomes
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality assurance and accreditation requirements
