    Financial Manager: Corporate Reporting

    Job Summary

    • This role involves managing the full financial reporting function, including the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings and ESG disclosures, ensuring accurate application of IFRS, high‑quality data consolidation and compliance with emerging sustainability reporting frameworks while providing insights to support strategic decision‑making.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Leading the preparation of consolidated monthly, interim and annual financial statements in line with IFRS
    • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data and consolidation across subsidiaries
    • Preparing monthly reports for external stakeholders including financiers and banks
    • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
    • Providing technical accounting guidance and reviewing complex IFRS transactions
    • Implementing and maintaining Group accounting policies and reporting standards
    • Driving the Group’s ESG reporting strategy aligned to global frameworks
    • Overseeing ESG data collection, assurance and reporting processes
    • Collaborating with sustainability, risk and operations teams on ESG integration
    • Managing ESG reporting requirements for investors, regulators and rating agencies
    • Conducting financial analysis to support insights for EXCO and the Board
    • Coordinating interim and year‑end audits and managing audit deliverables
    • Developing and maintaining strong internal financial controls
    • Identifying and implementing improvements in financial reporting processes
    • Leading and developing the financial reporting team

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with CA(SA)
    • 5–7 years’ experience in financial reporting
    • Experience in the agriculture sector (advantageous)
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ESG and local accounting standards
    • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in South Africa
    • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities
    • Proficiency in accounting systems and financial tools
    • Knowledge of AS400 or similar systems (advantageous)
    • Leadership and team management capability
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel
    • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) (advantageous)

    Forestry Planner- Nelspruit

    Job Summary

    • This role involves processing and maintaining spatial data, generating maps and reports, ensuring data quality, and providing GIS support to internal and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Process, analyse and model GIS data for Forestry applications
    • Ensure ongoing quality assurance, maintenance and distribution of spatial data
    • Provide support to end-users by generating maps, GIS reports and information products
    • Compile and organise GIS data from maps, databases and other sources
    • Convert mapping resources and data into usable formats
    • Perform quality control on data collection projects
    • Handle general enquiries and market GIS products to clients
    • Produce high-quality maps for various purposes
    • Digitise data from aerial photography and satellite imagery as needed
    • Collect field data to support analysis and decision-making

    Credit Manager

    Job Summary

    • This role involves overseeing credit risk management, ensuring timely debt collection, leading a team of Credit Relationship Managers, and maintaining strong client relationships while safeguarding the financial interests of the company.
    • It requires a deep understanding of credit principles, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex issues under pressure.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Lead and mentor the Credit Relationship Management team, ensuring strategic objectives and performance excellence
    • Evaluate and manage credit risks across the portfolio
    • Oversee the entire credit approval process, ensuring adherence to company policies and reduction of non-performing loans
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored credit solutions
    • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities
    • Develop and implement strategies to minimise bad debt
    • Recommend debt restructuring or account handover while maintaining regulatory compliance and customer relationships
    • Lead the review, development, and implementation of credit policies and processes
    • Ensure credit processes align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
    • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management
    • Represent TWK Agri at Credit Bureau meetings and industry forums
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
    • Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
    • MBA or relevant professional certification (advantageous)
    • 8–10 years of proven experience in credit risk management with senior leadership experience (advantageous)
    • Strong expertise in managing large credit facilities, ideally within the agricultural sector
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing credit sales strategies
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups
    • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Strategic thinker able to align credit management with company goals
    • Effective decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations
    • Driver’s license (Code 08) and willingness to travel
