    About the role

    • The Business Analyst will optimise business efficiencies through the systematic analysis and definition of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. This role leads the end-to-end business requirements for the Debit Check Modernization Project within Business Banking, acting as a key link between business stakeholders, Technology, and the Product team.Operating in a dynamic, high-impact environment, the Business Analyst will support operational continuity and contribute to product innovation initiatives. Strong experience in banking payments (debicheck exposure advantageous) is essential to help shape future-fit solutions for the evolving market

    Minimum Experience

    Business Centre Manager

    Purpose Statement

    • To manage the Business Centre in terms of driving a proactive sales and service culture that will retain and grow the Business Centre client base. 
    • Responsible for driving activity, planning and implementing marketing, sales, and support services strategies for the Business Centre

    Experience
    Minimum:

    • Banking experience of at least 5 years, of which 3 years should have been spent in the Business Banking environment.
    • 3 years managerial experience
    • Significant experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications
