    Senior Marketing Project Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an energetic and highly proactive Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-impact Thought Leadership Day. This role is responsible for driving the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a strategic event within defined scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
    • The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates strong executive presence, and has proven experience managing complex marketing or corporate events with senior stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    End-to-End Event Project Management

    • Lead the planning and execution of the event from concept through to post-event reporting.
    • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
    • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
    • Conclude the project with structured reporting and post-event evaluation.

    Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

    • Manage stakeholder relationships at Business Management level.
    • Engage with speakers, executives, sponsors, and marketing teams.
    • Provide structured progress updates to senior leadership.
    • Escalate risks or decisions requiring executive input.

    Planning & Coordination

    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with forecasts and actuals.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, Digital, Operations, and external vendors.
    • Manage venue logistics, branding, content flow, speaker management, and delegate experience.

    Budget & Resource Management

    • Manage event budget and track spend against forecast.
    • Oversee supplier contracts, agencies, and service providers.
    • Ensure cost control within agreed tolerances.
    • Performance & Customer Metrics
    • Define and track event KPIs (attendance, engagement, lead generation, feedback scores, ROI).
    • Ensure the event delivers measurable business value.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Public Relations Management or related relevant experience within Marketing, PR, Communications, or Event Management.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale marketing events, conferences, or corporate activations.
    • Strong stakeholder management experience at senior level.
    • Experience managing budgets and multiple service providers.

    Human Capital Business Partner

    Job Description

    • As a partner, the Human Capital Business Partner aligns business objectives with management and employees in designated business units. This role is accountable for working directly with leaders to proactively identify and address the people implications of the current and future needs of the business.

    Output/Core Tasks (The Key Responsibilities will be):

    • Implementing the Human Capital strategy within the different business units, with the focus on:
    • Leadership Development
    • Drive culture within the business through the implementation of culture and transformation initiatives
    • Manage business related Human Capital projects
    • Provide business with Human Capital analytics and determine trends
    • Advise and support the business with Labour Relations cases
    • Partner with the business to implement the Talent Management process, including the identification and development of potential successors
    • Contributing to building and vesting a culture of learning
    • Partnering with line managers to identify needs and opportunities to support the achievement of business objectives on all aspects through the employee life-cycle
    • Provide guidance to line management on Human Capital related issues
    • Understanding the talent needs of the business and pro-actively working to address the needs of the business, in line with the transformation objectives of the business
    • Responsible for the full recruiting cycle i.e. sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and placement of successful candidates
    • Provides proactive performance management guidance to line managers (including coaching, career development)

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Qualification & experience

    • A relevant Human Capital degree/diploma
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HRBP
    • Experience within the Financial Services industry
    • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
    • Willingness to travel Knowledge and skills

    To be successful you will need to demonstrate good experience in:

    • Strong sense of urgency with a positive impact on delivery
    • High level of influence and credibility
    • Able to work independently, as well as within a team
