You will

• Install, Integrate, commission the network nodes under ECW/ EWP solution.

• Perform Support function to resolve customer requests and trouble tickets.

• Support Business Analyst and Solution Architect for new requirements and design changes and report progress of assigned activities to the respective CPM.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Experience in Ericsson Converged Wallet Solution Integration or equivalent e-wallet product 2+ Years.

• Experience in Managed Services in Operational assurance or SME areas. 3+ Years.

• Proven achievement in BSS.

• Understanding of Ericsson Wallet Platform or adjacent BSS domains products as Charging System.

• BSS Experience 3+ years.

• Excellent leadership skills with focus on team performance.

• Result oriented with customer first attitude.

• Can handle stressful and ambiguous situations.

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and French.

• Self-motivated with strong drive and initiative, collaborative, relating and networking.

• Outgoing personality that finds it easy to cooperate and establish relationships across organizational boundaries and in a global environment.

• University degree in Technology, preferably MSC.

You will

• Manage execution of End-to-End Payroll for Sub-Saharan Africa Countries from input collection to Statutory Submissions.

• Manage stakeholders such as people business partners, finance and payroll related tax.

• Provide functional expertise on payroll and statutory submissions.

• Manage SOX and ABC controls for all the countries.

• Support in payroll audit and closely working with local people organizations on entry and exit management.

To be successful in the role you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources/Finance or relevant experience within required area

• Sufficient knowledge on all Sub-Saharan Africa countries payroll is a must requirement.

• Sufficient knowledge on End-to-End payroll reporting and payroll JV booking and accruals.

• Sufficient knowledge on Statutory Submissions of Sub-Saharan Africa countries

• SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Proactive, service-oriented mind-set with strong analytical skills

• Knowledge of French language is preferred.

This Job is Multi Geography hire with Primary location in South Africa and open to hire in Morocco, Senegal, Cameroon, Ghana and Ivory Coast.

We are looking for Project Management Graduates who is passionate about Project management from establishing project plan baseline, drive project execution and handle project finance to deliver on our customers expectation. You will be trained in project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, “What if” scenarios, production of reports, customer interaction, control, and monitoring.

We are looking for graduates for has completed their studies between 2020 and 2021 with one of the following bachelor’s degrees:
