What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting customers who need help with their online orders and general inquiries.
• Handling a wide range of calls everything from placing, tracking orders to processing returns or cancellations, checking delivery status to handling issues like delays, defects, or damaged items.
• There are no follow-ups, so it’s all about resolving the issue during the call
• Navigate multiple systems to research order details, resolve issues, and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Communicate policies, delays, or product issues with professionalism and care even when delivering difficult news.
• Stay focused and positive while handling back-to-back calls, maintaining accuracy and strong documentation throughout .
• Participate in regular coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve customer service skills 

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who brings empathy, confidence, and flexibility to their work, and is motivated to create a smooth, supportive experience for every customer.
• Minimum of One-year international customer service experience on an Omni channel campaign dealing with end-to-end queries.
• USA or Australian campaign experience is advantageous
• Ability to navigate approximately 15-20 systems/tools

Job Responsibilities

•  You will always make sure, that the customer’s interest comes first, whilst providing exceptional customer service. You’ll have experience in both outbound and inbound calls, as well as experience of running cases from start to finish.  It is important to engage and communicate effectively, ensuring their complaint is resolved in a timely manner. You will be required to lodge claims, update details and make adjustments or cancellations. 

Job Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Clear Credit and Criminal record
• 1 years’ experience in Insurance Claims (Local or International)
• Proven experience in the insurance space
• Proven track record of high performance
• Excellent command and use of English, both written and Verbal
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and numeric skills

Required Skills

• Control and maintain litigation volumes within agreed targets.
• Implement and monitor effective leakage controls to minimize financial exposure.
• Manage reserves proactively and achieve portfolio performance targets.
• Ensure the accurate and visible recording of complaint volumes and resolution outcomes.
• Mitigate and control operational costs and claim leakages.
• Identify high-value full-fault claims and ensure timely transfer to the appropriate handling teams.
• Assisting customers with their insurance claims.
• Handling customer enquiries via email and telephonically.
• Proactively identify issues and problems before they arise.
• Assist with escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
• Providing world class customer service to international clients.
• Working with various parts of the business to resolve issues
