    Accountant (iOCO0070)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full accounting function, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
    • This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    What you'll do:
    Accounts Payable

    • Process supplier invoices accurately and timeously
    • Prepare and process supplier payments
    • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
    • Manage creditor ageing and payment schedules

    Accounts Receivable

    • Process customer invoices and credit notes
    • Allocate customer receipts and maintain accurate records
    • Perform debtor reconciliations
    • Follow up on outstanding accounts where required

    Banking and Cash Management

    • Process bank transactions and account allocations
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
    • Assist with cash flow monitoring and reporting
    • Manage foreign currency bank accounts and transactions

    General Ledger and Journals

    • Prepare and post monthly journal entries
    • Maintain general ledger integrity and accuracy
    • Process accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and provisions
    • Perform balance sheet reconciliations

    Financial Reporting

    • Assist with monthly management accounts
    • Support month-end and year-end close processes
    • Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

    Foreign Currency Management

    • Record and reconcile foreign currency transactions
    • Process exchange rate adjustments and revaluations
    • Assist with reporting on foreign currency exposures

    Other Duties

    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
    • Support finance process improvements and system enhancements
    • Assist with ad hoc finance projects and reporting requirements

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience within a multi-currency environment
    • NetSuite ERP experience
    • Experience working with high transaction volumes
    • Exposure to audit requirements and statutory reporting

    • We are looking at a few Software Quality Engineers to join our team. This will be to assist on a project we’re doing for our client within the financial services industry. The Software Quality Engineer will drive quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects, mentor junior and intermediate engineers, and drive innovation within the team's testing strategies and automation. This role requires close collaboration with development, business, and architecture leads to ensure high-quality software delivery.

    What you'll do:

    • Drive QA initiatives and frameworks within the development team.
    • Ensure testability of business and technical requirements.
    • Monitor and improve quality delivery across the team.
    • Mentor engineers and foster technical growth.
    • Innovate in automation, performance, and security testing.

    Your Expertise:

    • 5+ years experience.
    • Technical Testing: Strong experience in both back-end and front-end testing.
    • Automation: Proven ability to build and maintain test automation frameworks (using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, Appium, etc.).
    • API & Interface Testing: Proficient in testing APIs and system interfaces.
    • Performance & Security: Skilled in tools like K6, JMeter, LoadRunner, OWASP ZAP, and Burp Suite are a bonus.
    • DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, ADO, Docker, Kubernetes.

    Support Engineer (iOCO0074)

    Job Description

    • As a 2nd Line Application Support Consultant, you will provide critical application support to minimize service disruptions and facilitate smooth operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that supported applications operate efficiently and effectively.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide second-line application support to enable end-users to utilize systems effectively
    • Collaborate with system administrators, database administrators, network engineers, developers, and testers to monitor and resolve issues
    • Write queries and script updates for maintenance and support
    • Maintain both production and staging environments
    • Promote a DevOps culture across development, UAT, and production stages
    • Investigate and resolve performance-related issues affecting user experience
    • Answer incoming calls from Dealers and log incidents on Managed Engine ticketing tool

    Your Expertise:

    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Application Support
    • Exposure to SQL and Application Development
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Proficiency in SQL scripting
    • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server, SQL, and IIS Web Services
    • Keen interest in current trends in software development and testing
    • Understanding of common software failures and troubleshooting techniques
    • Knowledge of ITIL process management and continuous improvement

    Qualifications:

    • Matric
    • Relevant industry certifications
    • Formal qualifications such as ITIL are advantageous
