    Online Cellular Sales Consultant

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology and sales? Join our team at Apple iStore, South Africa, as an Online Cellular Sales Consultant. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales through our online platforms. Your focus will be on meeting customer needs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Customer Service:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service through online channels.
    • Actively engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
    • Quickly and effectively handle customer complaints.

    Sales Performance:

    • Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
    • Convert online customer inquiries into sales.
    • Manage and follow up on customer quotes.
    • Boost sales by recommending additional products.
    • Adhere to all sales and service protocols.

    Stock Management:

    • Oversee stock allocation and control processes.
    • Manage stock returns and repairs.
    • Ensure precise stock management following company policies.
    • Maintain real-time updates on stock records.

    Compliance:

    • Submit daily compliance documents.
    • Provide necessary information for compliance checks.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks or fraud.
    • Ensure secure handling of customer documents.

    Team Administration:

    • Ensure all administrative systems are operational.
    • Use daily reports to update case statuses.
    • Meet all administrative deadlines.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and share insights.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric (Required)
    • Tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
    • Minimum 2 years in a retail sales role
    • Minimum 1 year Cellular Industry Experience

    • Your role would be to provide technical support to the iStore customers, through trouble shooting, resolving technical issues and software support. You will also provide training and assistance to iStore customers when required as well as exceptional and professional quality support service.

    You need to have:

    • Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
    • Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support

    • Our iStore Assistant Manager is responsible to provide inspirational leadership to the iStore team and ensure that the iStore achieves or exceeds unit, financial and developmental targets in the iStore.

    Admin Assistant, Retail - iStore Menlyn

    • As an iStore Admin Assistant, you will support and assist the Admin/Operations Manager in the iStore with stock control and asset management, etc to minimise risk. You will provide support in ensuring that all iStore policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to.

    You need to have:

    • A Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
    • 1+ years admin experience in a retail environment or a degree
    • 2+ years admin experience in a different industry
