    Affiliate Manger

    Overview:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Define and execute strategies to efficiently onboard and integrate new partners into the ecosystem.

    • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential, specifically the ability to use Pivot Tables and Vlookups for data analysis.
    • Tooling: Experience with ReferOn or MyAffiliates is highly advantageous; familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or VPN tools is a plus.
    • Tracking Knowledge: Solid understanding of online tracking, including cookies, postbacks, and dynamic parameters.
    • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful, engaging way to stakeholders.
    • Autonomy: A self-sufficient worker who values decisiveness and can prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-moving organization.
    • Travel: Ability to travel internationally (approx. 2-3 weeks per year) for industry conferences in locations such as the UK and Spain.

    Digital Marketing Manager

    • SaaS Experience: Proven experience managing social media and content strategy for a B2B brand, specifically within the SaaS or tech sectors.
    • Community Expertise: Deep, hands-on Reddit experience with a sophisticated understanding of karma dynamics, subreddit culture, and how to build brand trust in skeptical spaces.
    • Copywriting Mastery: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for both technical and general audiences without losing engagement.
    • Multimedia Skills: Proficiency in basic video production (scripting, filming, and editing) and a strong eye for design using tools like Canva.

    Financial Controller

    • An exciting opportunity for a driven Financial Controller to join a B2B healthcare SaaS investment group. Based in South Africa, you will primarily support UK-based portfolio companies, playing a key role in transitioning finance operations from outsourced providers to a fully integrated in-house capability.
    • Reporting directly to the UK-based CFO, this role offers strong exposure to investor reporting, FP&A, multi-entity structures, and acquisition-led growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the migration of bookkeeping, payroll, and management accounts in-house
    • Own month-end close, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidations
    • Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
    • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    • Enhance investor reporting through KPIs and financial dashboards

    Requirements:

    Senior Software Engineer

    • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of key systems, while also resolving production issues and delivering new functionality. You’ll work across the full software development life cycle and act as a technical leader within the team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and guide development teams through technical decision-making and solution design.
    • Evolve and enhance the existing portfolio of systems and applications.
    • Design, develop, modify, and support software components across the full stack.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a C# .NET developer.
    • Strong agile delivery experience within cross‑functional teams.
    • Broad exposure to designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale systems.

    Preferred Technical Skills:

    • C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, jQuery/JavaScript/JSON, HTML/CSS, GitLab, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server
