    Issuing Controller

    Job Description

    Main Responsibilities:

    Safety: 

    • Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations at all times.  (e.g.10 critical safety rules and three obligations)
    • Wearing of appropriate PPE at all times.

    Quality: 

    • Report any relevant quality defects to Engineering Store Coordinator.

    Housekeeping: 

    • Maintain world class levels of housekeeping according to the 5’s housekeeping standards, i.e. cleanliness of shelves & bins, arrangement of bins, suitable packaging, correct labeling, etc.

    Productivity:

    • Material Master/Inventory Control, place accepted goods in correct holding and storage area (fork truck license mandatory).
    • Inspect delivered goods against delivery note.
    • Manage the Cycle count process.
    • Generate ATS application forms, completing all fields profit centre, cost centre etc.
    • Capture the detail on ATS control worksheet, to be sent to Procurement and ATS Control for purchase order to be raised.
    • Ensure accurate filling of all completed ATS application in item number order.
    • Manage consignment stock items with Consignment Vendors regarding regular replenishment.
    • Stock Control – perform random regular stock counts, manage any large discrepancies
    • Capture and assist during Audited stock counts.
    • Prevent pilfering and stock losses by applying strict access control measures.
    • Establish and maintain excellent lines of communication with all customers.

    • Matric
    • Minimum 3 years' work experience in Engineering, Manufacturing Materials and Consumables Stores environment.
    • Full Understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
    • Intermediate level Microsoft Office literacy.
    • Strong administrative and logistical skills in line with recognised financial policies and procedures.
    • SAP R/3 knowledge and experience.

    Site Security Manager

    In this role, you will be

    • Based at the Plant with the responsibility of overseeing and managing all aspects of physical security at the Enstra Plant. This includes safeguarding personnel, property, equipment, and information against unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats. The role ensures compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific security policies, procedures, and protocols.
    • Manage and supervise security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
    • Monitor and manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and perimeter security.
    • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
    • Lead investigations into security breaches, incidents, and violations, and prepare detailed reports.
    • Provide security briefings and training to plant staff and contractors.
    • Manage the security budget and procurement of security-related equipment and services.
    • Support crisis management and emergency response planning and execution.

    Mill Planning - Enstra

    In this role, you will be

    • Responsible for coordinating and auditing production planning and appropriate material scheduling in a way that cost effectively meets business requirements
    • Ensure and implement the efficient management of ongoing Mill Production plans to facilitate sales and production capability.
    • Ensure and implement ongoing material ordering and scheduling for the Mill and appropriate external manufacturing locations including raw materials and packaging.
    • Lead stock capacity and management for principal materials.
    • Lead and participate in appropriate Mill and external system development to ensure the Mill optimises its resources and its technologies in providing accurate, timely and useful information.
    • Maintain the Mill internal control system in line with Kimberly Clark CFI’s.
    • Network with appropriate Mill, region and sector EMEA IFP Stakeholders with respect to operational, logistic, sales, marketing and business product planning.
    • Lead the rapid resolution of production planning issues arising because of variations to sales forecast or unplanned production interruptions.
    • Support the improvement of Mill systems and procedures for monitoring material usage in conjunction with Product Supply Analyst and Operations Co-ordinators
