    Senior Area Sales Executive

    Purpose of the Job

    • Senior Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Aramex's market presence within a designated area. This role involves developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned area. 
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 
    • Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. 
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. 
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. 
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management. 
    • Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and product knowledge. 
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Aramex services and network with potential clients. 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education
    Education: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience: 

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. 
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    D&T Integration and Dev Analyst

    Purpose of the Job

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intermediate C# Software Developer to join our development team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting enterprise software solutions, while also engaging with business users and clients to ensure that technical solutions meet operational and strategic needs.

    Job Description
    Software Development

    • Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 9, and related technologies.
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following corporate development standards.
    • Collaborate with team members and senior developers to deliver features according to project timelines.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

    Testing & Implementation

    • Conduct thorough testing of developed features to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
    • Support system integration and deployment activities in collaboration with the QA and DevOps teams.
    • Assist in planning and executing system rollouts and post-implementation reviews.

    Business Support

    Documentation & Process

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education

    • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3–5 years of professional software development experience using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.
    • Strong understanding of SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL).
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and web-based application development.
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

    Preferred Attributes

    • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Razor, Bootstrap etc...
    • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
    • Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps tools.
    • Prior experience in a corporate or client-facing environment.

    Purpose of the Job

    • The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships through the effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at Aramex. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by analyzing customer data, facilitating communication, and supporting marketing initiatives.

    • Scheduling of business appointments with client base/book
    • Achieve individual targets
    • Maintain existing business
    • Identify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional supply chain products
    • Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer base
    • Signing up and onboarding of new clients
    • Update call and Sale force reports
    • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
    • Effectively and efficiently deal with client queries
    • Identify and escalate possible threats to existing business

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education

    • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
    • Bachelors Degree or similar qualification and/or experience
    • 3 Year corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clients
    • Need to have worked for reputable corporates
    • Proven track record of having made target
    • Industry experiences advantageous
    • Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)
    • Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
    • Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport Non-Negotiable
    • Excellent communication skills
